毒品限時專送　跑腿幫辯為民服務

【張芳榮/台北報導】台北市刑大偵二隊今天上午，在新北市三重逮捕到一名專門幫人跑腿運毒賺佣金的「跑腿幫」男子，並在他身上查扣3包安非他命毒品。遭逮後自稱是為民服務，毒友有需要，他幫人送貨，有錯嗎？他說得理直氣壯，警方人員則是嚴斥他狡辯！

警方指出，綽號「航哥」的鄭姓「跑腿幫」成員（36歲），騎著一台騎車全天候接受顧客指名代為送貨，從中賺取100至500元不等的佣金。他說，因為工作難找，他乾脆加入「跑腿幫」隊伍，除自己接案子外，也接受「跑腿幫」老大的指示，騎機車幫客人送貨。去年遭逮被判12年徒刑，沒想到還沒發監執行又遭逮，鄭嫌大嘆倒楣！
