【國際中心／綜合報導】甘比亞總統賈梅（Yahya Jammeh）據傳因為罹患腦癌，緊急赴法國巴黎開刀，前天手術成功，但是他的情況仍十分危急。甘比亞網路媒體「自由報紙」（Freedom Newspaper）昨指出，為了防止賈梅手術後無法康復或不幸過世，賈梅已經指定他的親信Saul Badjie將軍接班。
