手工醬油怎麼那麼貴 到底貴在哪

我看到市場有攤販在販售手工醬油，
問了價錢之後真是嚇死人
比一般市售醬油貴上一倍以上耶!!!
手工醬油為什麼那麼貴?
是因為是純手工釀造 人力成本比較高嗎?
還是手工醬油有比較好 比較健康 比較香 比較好吃??
到底是貴在哪啊 真搞不懂耶
