【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨在今天挑戰第二次洗澡任務，主辦單位使用秘密武器「環保用清潔劑」，從上午10時起一直清洗到現在，預計到晚間8時許才會收工，明天一早8時再繼續。

許多民眾都表示，光看到工作人員拿這麼長的竿子在洗小鴨，就覺得自己手都酸了，再加上天氣實在有夠冷，在上面洗小鴨肯定風更大。
