敘年底移除化武 可能無法達成

聯合國28日首度承認，敘利亞「不太可能」在12月31日的最後期限之前，把最危險的化學武器運到境外。聯合國與禁止化學武器組織 (OPCW)表示，在銷毀敘利亞化武有「重大進展」，但仍呼籲阿薩德政府「加緊努力」遵守國際設定的期限。
