燦坤與人因科技保固疑問

前提:小弟在1/3號買了台人因的UC516
如果說這台MP4壞了燦坤也是送到人因那邊修理還是說自己處理?
然後現在我看了看說明書說明書上面的保證卡要蓋店加印章才有效
但是燦坤並沒有蓋(我想一般也不會蓋因為要拆封)所以是要拿回去給他蓋嗎?
還有一個很重要的問題
按鍵按久了如果壞了有在保固內嗎?
我看了說明書跟上網查都沒有相關資料...不知道可以可以送保固
