什麼情形下應申請臨時牌照？申領期限為何？什麼情形下應申請臨時

一、汽車在未領有正式牌照前，有下列情形之ㄧ者，應申請臨時牌照：
1.駛往海關驗車繳稅。
2.往公路監理機關接受新領牌照前之檢驗。
3.買賣試車。
4.出售或進口由甲地駛往乙地。
5.准許過境之外國汽車。
二、領用期限：
依前項第1點至第3點領用期限各不得超過五天，如有正當理由申請再領者，各以一次為限，第4點得視行程核定

，但不得超過十五天。准許過境之外國汽車最多不得超過三個月，並應於出境時繳回。
