投資客炒桃園龍潭地皮　農舍千萬元成交

【張菱育／台北報導】桃園龍潭地區最近傳出農舍以千萬元成交，且近年有投資客在炒該區地皮，為的就是看好未來龍潭地區交通建設可能會有重大改變。

全國不動產桃園大溪加盟店店長雷振英說，桃園龍潭地區以透天產品居多，10年左右的透天每坪約12~13萬元，此外，最近也有成交上千萬元的農舍，且大型賣場也增加。雷振英指出，有投資客認為龍潭地區未來將會有重大交通建設，可增進此區交通便利性，從2012年開始就有投資客在炒龍潭的住宅和土地物件，已有投資商擁有大量土地。
