「車上做愛好刺激」　士官長上同袍妻

【陳偉周／基隆報導】朋友妻不可戲！基隆市1名士官長日前認識同袍的妻子，見其身材火辣，且2人相談甚歡進而交往發性關係。事後士官長同袍無意間使用妻子的智慧型手機，自動登入臉書帳號，發現妻子與該名士官長的對話紀錄煽情、露骨，「在車上做愛，真的很刺激」、「我想要趕快幫你生個小寶寶」，憤而告士官長妨害家庭。全案經法院審理，士官長以30萬元與同袍達成和解並撤銷告訴，法院因此不予受理，全案仍可上訴。
