保全 這樣是否有違反勞基法

我在保全公司工作
因該公司承包某國營機關保全 為期一年
問題一
工作時間為早上七點至晚上十一點 分早班7~15 晚班15~23
公司口頭上說一個月有六天假
但是公司說(如今天甲休假 乙須上早晚班 隔天換乙休假 甲須上早晚班)
等於如果有人休假或有事無法上班 另一人須上16小時班
跟公司反應卻說 如要增加人力 所聘用之人的薪資 由四人薪資李扣除 轉給待班人員(該車站早晚有4個人 兩個月台) 然而公司言到22K包含加班費
詢問過派駐機關主管 證實22K惟基本薪資 至於派駐人員 派駐機關說 一天至少要4人 固要請幾人公司自己衡量 然而公司卻只找四人 其餘人員不足 公司卻以經費不足為由

然而有人離職 公司卻要我們從早上7點上到晚上11點 上到找到人為止

試問如此 有無違反勞基法
