冷氣電線走火~保險求償問題以及是否可像廠商求償???

很不幸的~家裡最近發生了火災!!!
災情算是很嚴重的~主臥全毀，客廳及其他地方也好不到哪去 一片殘疾!

消防隊來鑑定後 說是 冷氣的電線走火 導致火災!!!

想跟各位大大請教一下~~

跟保險公司求償有需要特別注意什麼地方嗎???爬了一下文章大家都說保險公司很會砍價，不知道有甚麼相對應的辦法？

除了保險公司得賠償以外~~我自己是否可像冷氣的公司求償???如果可以的話 有經驗的大大是否可以分享一下相關知識???

另外來勘驗的人員有說冷氣算老舊了~(大約六年吧!)

另外~房子才剛買不到2年!社區大樓也不超過10年~ 以上當作參考資料!
