身心障礙人士申請免徵牌照稅說明︰
(一)身心障礙者領有駕照︰
(1)身心障礙能開車且本人有車應檢具︰
1.駕照。
2.身心障礙手冊。
3.戶口名簿。
4.行車執照等影本各乙份向轄區稅捐稽徵處申辦。
(2)身心障礙已無法開車：
1.應先檢具：
(1)自願註銷駕駛執照切結書。
(2)駕照正本。
(3)身心障礙手冊影本。
(4)身心障礙者身分證影本向監理單位申領「無法取得駕照證明 」。
2.取得「無法取得駕照明」後，再同
(1)身心障礙手冊。
(2)戶口名簿。
(3)行車執照等影本各乙份，向轄區稅捐稽徵處申辦。
(二)身心障礙無法考領駕照者︰
(1)應先檢具：
1.身心障礙手冊。
2.身心障礙者身分證等影本各乙份，向監理單位申領「無法取得 駕照證明」。
(2)取得「無法取得駕照證明」後，再連同
1.身心障礙手冊。
2.戶口名簿。
3.行車執照等影本各乙份，向轄區稅捐稽徵處申辦。
