我是一個準備考會考的學生，因為一到五晚上還要夜自習到:30所以假日的睡眠要很充足…所以
請問鄰居在早上八點製造很大聲的工具聲(馬達之類的)吵到我睡覺我可以告他嗎？

還有他有時候會不時的用音響播放一些臺語老歌，如果是國語的我還可以接受~問題是他還播的很大聲！！
其他鄰居都已經跟我在討論了…有時候一大早就放有時候接近傍晚也會放請問這樣我可以告他嗎？
問題是我跟他有親戚關係，我們家的人本來就很討厭他了，有時候還會不經我們的同意就採我們種在花園的木瓜！
