一天尿50次　長期憋尿致膀胱長滿膿

【沈能元／台北報導】長期憋尿，當心膀胱發炎長滿膿。一名從事餐飲業女子，因工作忙碌常憋尿、解尿解不乾淨，日前因高燒、全身無力，檢查女子尿道發炎、頻尿，女子自述因頻尿，曾一天上廁所50多次，進一步檢查膀胱時，赫然發現，女子膀胱內因嚴重細菌感染已長滿膿液，並造成敗血症，若延誤治療將可能致死。

今天在一場憋尿衛教記者會，收治病例的台北中山醫院婦產科醫師陳福民說，此名60多歲女子，因憋尿導致膀胱發炎，整個膀胱都是膿，經引流出上千西西膿液，約是2瓶寶特瓶（一瓶容量為600cc），配合藥物治療，女子頻尿症狀已緩解，建議一天小便次數逾8次，或不到2小時就要小便時，應盡速就醫治療。
