【陳韋劭、邱中岳／新北報導】關廠工人歷經絕食、臥軌，但是與勞委會的訴訟仍無法獲得解決，關廠工人認為桃園、台中、苗栗已有超過百件案件，被法官認定為公法契約，轉移至行政法院，但是新北地院卻無視百餘件公法裁定，在當事人未出庭直接宣判敗訴。

關廠工人決定在今天平安夜，騎機車前往新北法院報「怨」音，表達對無能政府與司法的沈痛抗議，也祈願新北地院開出公法判決，還給關廠工人一個公道！
