美河市傳弊案　檢兵分5路搜捷運局！約談10人

美河市開發案傳出弊端，鑑價報告疑遭竄改，檢調24日兵分5路搜索，並約談前聯合開發處長高嘉濃等10人到案說明。

7年前，北市府與日勝生公司聯合開發位於小碧潭捷運站的美河市建案，有99%的土地面積是捷運局持有，但雙方權益分配卻不合比例，造成台北市政府損失100億元。

監察院認為前任捷運工程局長常岐德、前聯合開發處長高嘉濃怠忽職守，通過糾正並彈劾，將此案移送台北地檢署偵辦。

檢調要釐清土地是否有被賤賣的情況，以及江姓承辦人員疑似自行製作、竄改鑑價報告等問題，今天兵分5路前往捷運局聯合開發處搜索，並約談前聯合開發處長高嘉濃等10人到案說明，全案朝偽造文書、圖利等罪嫌偵辦。
