最近建商猛在電視跟報紙打廣告
以營救越來越差的交易量
但是越急，交易量越縮
鑑於QE將於明年正式退場
國內央行勢必升息以應付
一堆槓桿玩很大的投資客開始慌了
於是開價開越高，來恐嚇買房的民眾
但手上物件就是賣不出去
房仲猛推銷的物件也是賣不出去
嘴上的話術再也騙不了人
著急了要命
這時候聰明的自住客選擇在旁看戲
他們越急越慌
想買房的自住客就越開心
明年將是自住客笑顏逐開的一年
