馬桶的水一直有流動的現象

各位大大好

小弟辦公室的馬桶在沖完後過了半小時左右再去看，還是會看到馬桶水表面會有晃動的現象，好像是有水在流。

但是我打開後蓋，確認黑色橡皮的圓形東東已經有密合在接口處，所以一直搞不懂是為什麼，很怕是不是一直有水被浪費掉。

還麻煩各位大大解惑了，感謝！
