【吳貞儀／綜合外電報導】「明知可能失去家人和生命，我仍要向世人揭露真相！」美國國安局「深喉嚨」史諾登17日在巴西媒體刊登的公開信中，吐露他甘冒大風險洩密的心路歷程，並願以協助巴西調查美國竊聽案換取政治庇護，但匿名巴西官員稱，巴西對美國大規模監控計劃沒興趣，也無意提供政治庇護給他。據史諾登曝光的資料，美國安局（NSA）也秘密監控巴西，巴西總統羅塞夫（Dilma Rousseff）為此取消原定10月的訪美行。

美《富比士》專訪史諾登的前同事，他說史諾登是「天才中的天才」。他進公司後常向主管舉報NSA程式漏洞，因才能極佳迅速升遷，取得存取機密的極高權限。他還在辦公桌放一本《憲法》，當認為NSA的行為違憲，便會拿來引述。

【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】法國霞慕尼地區新添觀光設施，海拔3800公尺的南針峰山頂上建築了一座透明觀景台，膽大遊客可換上軟拖鞋，走進長2公尺、寬1.7公尺的玻璃屋，俯瞰腳下懸空1000公尺的景色。

觀景台名為「步入虛無」，17日讓媒體記者嘗鮮拍照，21日正式開放遊客預約參觀。

我的故鄉在花蓮。花蓮常常發生地震。
一開始本來會害怕，後來就習慣了。

針對立委提出「人工生殖法部分條文修正草案」納入代理孕母相關規定，衛福部長邱文達在立法院社會衛環委員會公開表示原則支持，兒福聯盟今日發出聲明表示，反對代理孕母制度冒然上路。

兒福聯盟表示，邱文達說法似乎意味在立委主導、國健署全力支持下，將很快速地以更寬鬆、更草率修改人工生殖法部分條文之方式，讓代理孕母合法化，希望以另外聲音提醒國健局能更慎重思考「人工生殖法修正草案」。
