標題[無雷] 冰雪奇緣(Frozen)值得看3D

今天在洛杉磯看了這部電影 其實我很少願意多花錢看3D 不過這部錢花得很值得 幸好有看3D 大愛 上一部我喜歡的迪士尼公主故事是長髮公主(Tangled) 這部動畫技術有更上層樓 故事連我和我先生兩個大人都看得滿意 而且愛情的部分還蠻有教育意義的 我唯一的意見就是 公主們的腰太細 比芭比的身材比例還誇張 p.s男主角我覺得蠻帥的（不是王子的那位） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 76.169.13.0 ※ 編輯: funnyfatcat 來自: 76.169.13.0 (12/18 12:14)

台北市李姓女子去年2月間花1460萬元買房子準備當新房，但原屋主隱瞞屋內曾有人上吊自殺情事，直到雇工裝潢才發現凶宅真相，只好忍痛以1020萬元拋售，她提告求償，台北地方法院今天判處郭姓原屋主等人應連帶賠償214萬多元。

台北地院委託不動產估價師事務所鑑定，李姓女子所買的凶宅正常市價為1246萬多元，但因凶宅減損17%，造成被害人損失214萬多元，所以郭姓原屋主等人應賠償差額。

台南市政府環保局今天表示，加強稽查網路違法廣告環境用藥情形，今年共在網站購物台查獲26件違規網拍環境用藥案，除了依環境用藥管理法裁處罰款，並要求下架，裁罰金額共156萬元。違規網拍環境用藥，將被依違反環境用藥管理法第48條，處6至30萬元罰款。
