壹週刊報導，新北市議員李婉鈺與前立委張碩文被爆兩人私會。張碩文說，他從小與李婉鈺認識，平常就會聚餐，當天聚餐有其他友人，是要替李婉鈺介紹醫生，並非報導所稱的私會。

張碩文說，李婉鈺有一個感情穩定的男友，但不是他。張也說，太太知道他與李婉鈺的交情，不會介意。

【李政遠／雲林報導】私立大成商工餐飲科的學生，遵循古禮舉辦拜師加冠儀式，會場高掛孔子及祖師爺伊尹畫像外，迎請大埤鄉百年的「三山國王」老大王來做鑑定，祈求學業順利，廚藝精進；全體學生遵照古禮向指導老師進行三跪九叩拜師的禮儀，學生向老師獻上束脩（拜師帖），宣誓恪遵師徒儀禮訓後，奉上紅棗、紅豆、肉脯、桂圓、芹菜與蓮子等六禮，由老師為學生戴上廚師帽，儀式相當隆重；餐飲科學生說，儀式隆重也很特別。
 
學校表示，拜師加冠大典，主要傳承中華文化尊師重道的優良傳統，未來同學們能融入創新與創意，學以致用，而六禮「紅棗」代表感謝栽培、早日高中，「肉脯」代表敬師反哺、虛心學習，「桂圓」象徵福祿圓滿，勤奮學習的「芹菜」與苦心教導的「蓮子」、鴻圖大展的「紅豆」，各有其意涵。

立委建議向滇緬孤軍募兵 嚴明：可行

國防部長嚴明上午在立法院備詢。

位於滇緬的孤軍二、三代，驍勇善戰，吃苦耐勞，但他們沒有國籍，心向中華民國，國民黨立委盧秀燕建議，募兵工作應可考慮歸化國籍方式，吸引這些人來從軍，以從軍做為歸化誘因，此案曾報給前部長高華柱，現在應重新建案。

國防部長嚴明則表示，國防部確曾希望證件問題，協助這些人士可入中華民國國籍，有在做這些工作，但僅限取得國籍，至於立委建議，嚴明認為可行。

【聯合報／記者程嘉文╱即時報導】 針對募兵嚴重缺員問題，國民黨立委盧秀燕在立法院外交國防委員會指出，在滇緬地區國軍的後裔，許多都心向中華民國，但因為沒有我國國籍，沒有機會加入國軍。這些青年由於成長環境的關係，更為慓悍善戰，對於薪資的要求也比較低，政府能藉此維持與泰北孤軍後裔社群的聯繫。

嚴明表示，以往國防部並未針對招募泰北青年加入志願役問題做過研究，但他認為這個構想可行。
