【李英婷／台北報導】今天是國際人權日，台聯立委黃文玲舉行記者會批，台灣人民沒有「賦稅人權」。台灣財經刑法研究學會理事長陳志龍也說，台灣稅制由稅捐單位自行立法、釋法與行政解釋，永遠都是稅官說得算，立委糾正也沒用，「政治都可解嚴，租稅什麼時候才可解嚴？」

民眾陳昇龍與會痛訴，家中三代同堂，因他結婚生子後家中空間不足，2011年賣掉居住了1年11個月的舊屋，且另購新房，並與簽約後遷入戶籍，但國稅局卻認為未滿兩年頻繁買賣房屋，是投機投資，將課奢侈稅達百萬元。同樣遭課奢侈稅的苗栗居民陳政耆則說，奢侈稅以「戶籍遷入」區隔自用與非自用住宅，與民眾的實際需要不符。

87歲的洋菇大王林天財則透過影片表示，因名下有鉅額資金，有人身安全疑慮，因此借用三名子女名義到銀行開戶，也經銀行同意於印鑑卡註明「帳戶不給帳戶名義人使用」，即只能由林天財一人專用。但國稅局卻認為這是贈與，稅額將罰款共需繳交12億元。

對此，中華賦稅人權委員會主委林天財表示，將啟動賦稅人權指標與網路問卷調查，預計將於一個月後公布結果。黃文玲指出，財政機關的認定不同調，民眾也常收到不同稅單，造成人民恐慌，財政部不應恣意行為，希望藉由賦稅人權調查，讓財政部可以檢討賦稅政策。

【黃揚明／台北報導】日月光Ｋ７廠被高雄市政府環保局查獲違規偷排放含有毒重金屬鎳的污水到後勁溪，民進黨立委葉宜津今指出，日月光年營業額上千億元，但《水污染防治法》最重只能罰他60萬元，對大公司根本毫無感覺，應修法提高罰金，且立即勒令停工，直到改善為止。

國民黨立委吳育仁說，目前罰金確實與造成河川污染後的整治成本不成比例，提高罰金是一種方式，更重要的是不能只罰60萬元了事，過去河川污染最後都是政府擦屁股，環保署應整合農委會、水利署等跨部會機構，向日月光求償農民損失及河川整治費用。

事情發生在我要將天線蝦虎魚(綠)變成皇冠培養稀有時光魚之用,
結果沒看清楚不小心把天線蝦虎魚(紫)換成了皇冠,
然後我請求客服協助~
他們也很不小心的把我快30個天線蝦虎(綠)的皇冠,全部換成魚苗@@
獨獨那隻元寶魚天線蝦虎(紫),一樣還是皇冠狀態,
我吐血了! 是我表達能力有問題嗎? 暈倒
