市售洗衣精的防蟎配方竟來自殺蟲劑「百減寧」，現行國家標準對此卻無規範。經濟部標準檢驗局今(4)日表示，將於週五(6日)邀請產官學3方共同召開「洗衣用合成清潔劑國家標準修訂方向會議」，會將清潔劑中農藥或環境用藥項目列入討論。

主婦聯盟與上下游新聞市集調查市售有「抗菌防蟎」功效的洗衣精，卻發現「妙管家防螨抗敏洗衣精」含有做為農藥與環境用藥的化學成份百滅寧(Permethrin)。台灣妙管家表示，經過確認，除了被揭露的產品，還有「防蟎抗敏冷洗精」也含有百滅寧，已將2款產品3包裝下架，並接受無條件退換貨。

雖然洗衣精內含有超過農產品標準數百倍的百滅寧，但現行規範並未對洗衣精有所限制。標檢局副局長莊素琴表示，將在週五的會議中針對此項目進行討論，目前已在蒐集各國資料，會評估未來是否禁用百滅寧或限制使用範圍，新規定最快至少要3至6個月才能上路。

涉內線交易 檢方帶回富味鄉董事長等28人

之前爆發黑心油案的大廠富味鄉，4日又因涉嫌違反《證券交易法》，上午遭新北地方法院前往搜索調查，帶回董事長陳文南等28人調查說明。

芝麻油大廠富味鄉日前因黑心油事件及標示不實，重創股價，從原本的高點80元開始重挫，最低來到29.8元，在混油事件淡化後，股價緩步爬升，目前重回43元，來到43.8元。

檢方發現富味鄉股價異常波動，懷疑可能有高層介入，並涉及內線交易，利用人頭炒股等，違反《證券交易法》。

檢方今天前往富味鄉位於新北市五股區的總公司，以及彰化工廠進行搜索，帶回相關資料以及富味鄉電腦，並將董事長陳文南等28人移送新北市調處偵訊說明，預計晚間會移送新北地檢署複訊。

之前爆發黑心油案的大廠富味鄉，4日又因涉嫌違反《證券交易法》，上午遭新北地方法院前往搜索調查，帶回董事長陳文南等28人調查說明。

新竹進富貢丸 驗出抗生素超標

衛生福利部食藥署今(4)日公布最新食品動物用藥殘留抽查，8、9月檢驗147件市售禽畜水產品中，新竹進富冷凍原味摃丸被驗出含有芐青黴素0.32 ppm，超過標準0.05ppm約6倍。雖然衛生單位將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰，但根據追查，該批1200台斤的摃丸早已銷售一空，可能已進入民眾的肚子裡。

食藥署執行市售食品殘留動物用藥監測計畫，針對食品檢驗114種動物用藥，結果共有146件食品合格。1件不合格的產品來自新竹縣竹北市進富食品行的冷凍原味摃丸，檢出抗生素芐青黴素(Benzylpenicillin)超標6倍。

食藥署中區管理中心副主任周秀冠表示，芐青黴素是核准用藥，這次商品超標的原因疑似是豬農停藥期不夠而出現藥物殘留，雲林縣衛生局將對供應豬肉的農戶開罰3至300萬。

不過，周秀冠說，這批被檢出抗生素超標的摃丸約有1200台斤，早已銷售完畢，恐怕已被消費者吃下肚。

食藥署指出，芐青黴素屬於β-內醯胺類抗生素，可對抗鏈球菌屬、奈瑟氏雙球菌、多種的需氧菌及螺旋體的感染，但也可能產生如蕁麻疹及其他的皮膚疹、喉部水腫等副作用。食藥署資料顯示，芐青黴素每人每日可接受攝取量為30 ug，以這次檢出的檢體計算，60公斤成人約吃下0.09公斤的量才會超過。
