【動新聞】寵物抗癌藥　首獲准臨床試驗

【劉燕美／台北報導】癌症是寵物十大死亡之首，據統計大於10歲的狗發生癌症機率大於1/3，因此寵物對於癌症治療的需求已刻不容緩，從事寵物新藥開發的臺灣動藥，今宣布新抗癌用藥TD-B10已獲得農委會核准進行臨床試驗，此為國內首次核准寵物新藥展開臨床試驗。
據美國哥倫比亞大學及台大等的實驗顯示，TD-B10對10多種癌症具顯著的療效，包括肥大細胞瘤、鱗狀上皮細胞瘤、黑色素瘤、皮膚型淋巴瘤、圍肛腺瘤、周邊神經髓鞘瘤等，一個療程就有超過50%的腫瘤消除率，該藥治療效果最佳的病例，是一隻T細胞型的皮膚型淋巴瘤犬，在早晚經過兩次給藥後，第二天腫瘤完全消失，14天後組織完全復原，不過依個體病症不同，效果各異。
臺灣動藥表示，雖皮膚型淋巴瘤治療效果最佳，但農委會要求以單一病例進行臨床試驗治療，因此將針對案例較多的圍肛腺瘤病症進行試驗治療，此次臨床試驗的推動聯合了台大、中興、嘉義大、屏科大等四大動物教學醫院及院長，預計自2014年開始開放30隻狗狗診治名額，民眾家中愛犬若不幸罹患微肛腺瘤，至上述四家動物醫院就診，有機會獲得免費治療機會。

宏碁現金增資發行價降為16元

宏碁(2353)今(4)日表示，為充實營運資金，辦理現金增資發行普通股，不超過1.36億股(約占總股本之4.8％)為上限，暫定每股發行價格為新台幣16元。宏碁發言人汪島雄表示，日前擬定現增發行價每股定價21元，近期參考股價狀況調整為16元，較日前暫定價格少募集6.8億，不過仍符合公司需求。

至於宏碁擬增資子公司Acer European Holdings Limited (AEH)3200萬歐元，並經由子公司Acer Europe B.V.(AHN)轉增資子公司Europe SA(AEG)2500萬歐元，汪島雄則表示，該項增資同樣因應外部公司營運需求、需要用錢，實施例行性的增資。

另外，宏碁同時公告一年內累積處分桃園縣龍潭鄉三洽水段187-0、187-44、220-27地號、銅鑼圈段1161-96地號土地，合計4504坪、每坪均價4萬8936元、交易總金額2億2040萬7931元，處分利益3530萬6208元，以及桃園縣龍潭鄉三洽水段218-0、215-107、220-17、296-34地號土地，合計7256坪、每坪均價5萬4880元、交易總金額3億9821萬元，處分利益3878萬1608元。
