【許淑惠／台中報導】彰化縣1名父親，在前年8月至去年6月間的某日，因見5歲女兒好奇想碰他的下體，竟脫下褲子教女兒幫他手淫，隨後還在女兒面前自慰至射精。由於女兒證稱：「小小的地方，會慢慢變大」、「一直用的時候會出來噴出來」台中高分院認定父親曾要幼女替他手淫，依加重強制猥褻罪判刑3年2月。

此案起因去年10月，女兒在幼稚園出現搓揉自己下體的舉動，女童告訴老師曾看過、摸過男性下體，老師驚覺有異通報。
 
父親否認猥褻女童，辯稱是女兒好奇碰觸他的性器官，有可能是他自慰時被女兒看見，女兒才知道何謂射精；但因女童證稱：「小小的地方，會慢慢變大大，變很大的時候又會變小」、「然後蛋蛋就會一點點大、然後長長的就會變很長」、「一直用的時候會噴出來，很久很久，油油的、是白色的。」
 
法官認為5歲女童若非親身經驗，不可能如何此描述男性自慰及性器官勃起等變化，一審依與幼女猥褻罪判父親1年、緩刑5年；台中高分院改判，指父親罔顧人倫，要未滿7歲女兒為他手淫，依加重強制猥褻罪判刑3年2月。

【張菱育／台北報導】過去普遍認為豪宅會帶動周邊房價，但是根據實價登錄發現，距離豪宅愈遠價格愈低已非通案，知名豪宅如「帝寶」、「文華苑」等，都沒有因為隨距離而價格遞減的狀況。

根據實價登錄統計，北市豪宅周邊250公尺(第1圈)、500公尺(第2圈)與1000公尺(第3圈)後的房屋均價發現，「帝寶」第1圈單價為95.94萬元，第2圈為127.16萬元，價差-32.54%，而「元大栢悅」第2圈單價100.51萬元，價差-3.41%、「文華苑」74.53萬元，價差-2.83%。

住商不動產企劃研究室主任徐佳馨指出，「帝寶」周邊舊公寓不少，反觀距離較遠的區域，有不少豪宅案推出，帶動區域價格，顯示舊社區中的豪宅，價格帶動力道不佳。
