食藥署宣布40.8%不合格！食品藥物管理署31日公布，經過檢驗236件油品脂肪酸結果判定，有11家廠商、31項不合格。標示不實廠商除了須將產品全面下架外，還得接受6萬到1500萬元的罰鍰。另外，30日烏龍公文導致商譽受損事件，食管署已將相關人員調離主管職位，並移送人事考績會處理。

在76件脂肪酸組成不完全符合資料庫之油品中，經過各縣市衛生署稽查與專家會議比對結果，共計有合格產品17件，不合格產品31件，扣掉富味鄉與大統後則是16件。另有28件產品還須進一步確認。

衛福部30日因將公文中的查察字樣誤植為下架，造成名譽受損的廠商包含三多士、泰山、頂新、味全等。其中三多士的「三多純橄欖油1000c.c. 」與頂新的「寶素齋100%純葡萄籽油」均判定合格；泰山的「健康好理由100%葡萄籽油」通過檢驗，但另一項產品「DOMIGO進口純葡萄籽油」則是還需再查原料；味全的「健康廚房橄欖油」通過檢驗，但「健康廚房葡萄籽油」仍需再查。

此次被判定為不合格的油品總共有16件產品，分屬11家廠商，其中9家簽過切結書。食藥署公布不合格的廠商多為小廠牌，多數的大品牌如福懋的部分產品、台糖的葵花油與大豆葵花油等皆合格。經查驗後已確認不合格的廠商則包含佳成食品廠的「純正黑麻油」、淡水永吉?油行的「黑麻油」與「純小磨香油」、金世元實的「100%葵花油」等。

此次參與油品判定的專家之一，輔大食品科學系教授陳炳輝表示，通常價位比較高的橄欖油、苦茶油的脂肪酸含量很明確，如果有添加大豆油就會立刻發現，因大豆油中有一種脂肪酸「亞麻油酸」，是苦茶油和橄欖油中沒有的成份。所以能夠立刻判定油品純度。

衛生福利部部長邱文達表示，此次稽查應「從嚴從速」，有遭到要求下架的廠商應接受懲處，並針對因公文有誤而造成商譽損害的廠商澄清。邱文達表示，1日起食管署將進行「油安行動」，擴大清查所有市售食用油品，以保證油品不含詐欺、不實的行為，並將在兩周內修法加重罰則。

食藥署代理署長許銘能解釋說，這次清查的名單之所以有廠商再需進一步清查，是因為可能會有A地廠商B地產油，故需要到另一個縣市檢查原油；也有的是因為地方政府查核工廠資料時沒有特別發現違法事項，但食藥署認為還需再抽原油核對。另外部份進口油品則是有原產地認定的問題，還需要向製造油品的原輸出國取得相關證明，近日已通知各國駐台辦事處。
