標題[心得] 用飛利浦HP8233吹風機在家也能做頭皮SPA~

最近家裡吹風機怪怪的...我媽也受不了我常嚷嚷著想買負離子吹風機 就叫我去買一支喜歡的來用XD 想說是全家人要用的 所以我就特地挑選了一下 最後買飛利浦HP8233那支 當初想說我爸吹頭不喜歡花太多時間 我就特地選1500W風力比較大的 再來這支最吸引我的 就是它附的按摩烘罩了 它跟一般的烘罩很不一樣 上面有QQ的軟墊 聽櫃姊說這支除了可以吹頭髮的捲度 加上紅外線的功能 搭配烘罩一起按摩頭皮的話 可以促進血液循環 每天自己在家按摩幫助放鬆 也會有改善掉髮的效果~ 然後我跟我媽都很喜歡去外面給人家按摩 有這個烘罩自己DIY也還不賴 我覺得這支挺厲害的 因為我髮質比較細軟 雖然有燙捲 但沒吹好的話就會變得又扁又塌 看起來頭髮很少那樣 不過這幾天我吹頭的時候 都會再用烘罩按摩一下頭皮跟髮根 這樣頭頂就會有蓬鬆感 加上它有負離子 烘完也不會讓髮尾變得毛毛的 反而很有光澤 雖然目前還沒看出來我爸媽頭髮有沒有變多啦XD 不過他們也對這支吹風機蠻滿意的 只能說選飛利浦真的是買對了^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.211.150

【聯合報╱記者陳俊智／秀林報導】

2013太魯閣峽谷馬拉松將於11月2日登場，台8線中橫公路及台9線部分路段將實施交通管制，禁止車輛通行；太魯閣國家公園管理處呼籲用路人提早做好行程規畫。

今年馬拉松有1萬2000人報名參加，太魯閣閣口至天祥將湧入大量人潮。

太管處為了維護選手的安全，屆時除執行任務車輛（救護車、警車、接駁車等）外，其餘車輛（含自行車）均不得進入。

馬拉松路線從太魯閣閣口出發，經太魯閣大橋，從舊台9線往天祥，沿途設多處急救站、供水站；管制時間從上午4時30分起，待選手全數通過，就回復正常通行。

中華民國路跑協會設接駁車供選手搭乘，當天清晨4時20分至5時40從新城火車站發車，9時起提供返程的服務，一直持續到下午3時為止，參加競賽的選手只要憑號碼布即可搭乘。

新北市李登輝民主協會27日晚間在蘆洲區舉行成立大會，由三重區大有里長董俊宏擔任秘書長、他的哥哥董金興擔任會長，未來會址將設在三重區。前總統李登輝致詞表示，李登輝民主協會自2010年成立以來，新北市是第10個成立分會的城市。

李登輝還說，他去年4月開始從屏東一路向北，訪問每個縣市，上周5 才從花蓮、宜蘭返回台北。他看到台灣這麼美麗，百姓善良打拚，但是地方政府沒錢、沒權，無法發展繁榮，實在很可惜。

由於國民黨政府長期將權力與資源集中在中央，地方只能靠中央補助，因此造成區域發展不平均，其中台北市分得最多錢，新北市和台南市最少。

他認為台灣是民主國家，為了落實主權在民，中央應放權給地方，給地方更多發展機會；因此在走完台灣1圈之後，他要求李登輝基金會11月2、9、16日連續3個周6召開「健全地方發展」研討會。

將請專家學者就當前區域發展困境，未來地方如何分權、經濟開發、產業發展進行研究，希望討論出以民為本的地方區域主權，讓每個縣市地方政府擁有更多權限，繁榮發展地方。
