【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市府暑假期間針對轄內餐飲業、冷飲業、零售量販業及補習班等僱用工讀生比例較高的行業進行檢查，今天公布勞動檢查結果，共抽檢190家業者中，有96家違法，裁處108件，違法比例達5成以上，其中以未依法給付加班費最多，有31件違規，佔28.7%、其次為國定假日出勤工資未加倍發給（25件違規，佔23.1%）及未置備勞工出勤紀錄（14件違規，佔13%），除依法對違規業者裁處新臺幣2萬到30萬元不等外，未來也將不定期派員實施複查。

勞工局表示，受罰的業者當中，知名餐飲連鎖王品也入榜，其板橋文化店與新莊新泰店因超時工作與未給特別休假，違反《勞基法》規定，依法共開罰4萬元；另最近爆紅的清玉茶飲，共有3家加盟店也榜上有名，共罰10萬元；影視娛樂業則有威秀、星聚點等店家違規。

蘋果日報-連惠心謊話連篇 禁藥風波 終於道歉
連戰長女連惠心代言菁茵荋生技「威力纖Plus」保健食品，被驗出含禁藥Cetilistat成分，後又被踢爆她是菁茵荋執行長。事發後連惠心神隱11天，昨終於出面強調自己只是股東非經營者，對造成民眾恐慌感到抱歉。民進黨立委李應元重批連：「謊話連篇，要她別再拗！」因菁茵荋總經理曾心怡向檢調供稱，菁茵荋由連惠心出資1500萬元成立，檢調發現菁茵荋等4名董、監事持股竟為零，懷疑董事長是人頭，擬將連惠心改列被告近日約談。

大統黑心油爆發後，連米酒都有問題，今天早上在大統長基公司內回收油品越疊越高，以往民眾拿由退貨，還能領回部分退款金額，今天民眾再拿油品退貨，只能拿到一張退貨單據。

大統公司門口外貼上公告，指出過去開放消費者只要拿空瓶、或發票就能退款，但因有重複退款疑慮，現在必須要有發票及空瓶，才能退貨。

大統公司貨車進進出出，持續運回回收油品，裡面也能看到堆高機不斷整頓一整箱的油品，員工忙著搬運，油品回收數量越來越多。

一位要退大統大豆沙拉油黃先生說，他特地從彰化員林來，退了三罐大豆沙拉油，卻只拿到一張收據，未來有沒有辦法收到退費，就要靠政府幫忙，協助保障消費者權益。
