無視去年量縮 借券市場成長

去年台股雖上漲11.85%，成交值卻減少5.71%，但借券市場不論是借券交易成交金額及借券餘額呈現同步成長。

台灣證券交易所統計，去（2013）年借券交易成交金額達新台幣1兆4061億元，不但突破兆元，也創下歷史新高，且較2012年成長44%，其中，競價交易成交3912億元，成長37%，議借交易成交1兆149億元，成長61%。

證交所表示，國內出借人多是透過競價交易出借股票，並由證交所擔保借貸契約的履行及執行擔保品的洗價及管理，外資間的借貸交易，則多透過議借交易進行，彼此自行承擔信用風險。

截至去年底，整體市場(包括證交所借券系統及證券商/證金事業辦理有價證券借貸)借券餘額3293億元，較2012年底增加736億元，成長29%；其中，融資性借券從521億元增加到872億元，成長67%%最為顯著，借券賣出餘額從1638億元增加到2036億元，成長24%，安全庫存及其他用途從399億元減少為385億元，減少3%。

證交所表示，借券交易是出借人和借券人之間所訂立的證券借貸契約，在借券人尚未還券前，借券餘額會一直存在，借券餘額是標的股票各種多、空力道的集合，必須進一步加以分析，才可以合理解讀。

志超上月營收淡季不淡，出貨蘋果產品創高

印刷電路板廠商志超(8213)表示，由於筆電廠庫存極低、新筆電客戶開始出貨、多款低階觸控筆電上市，去年12月志超含平板、筆電出貨首度突破單月3.5百萬片，而配合Apple的HDI產品及觸控產品出貨也創新紀錄。

志超去年12月營收18.5億元，月成長2.67%，年成長近13%，呈現淡季不淡；去年全年志超合併營收約209億元，年衰退約5.6%。

志超表示，2013年因遂寧廠初步投產未達經濟規模、蘇州廠調整產線及人員等因素，衝擊營運表現；展望2014年，隨著上述因素去除，新客戶、新產品等效應料逐一顯現成果，將可期待創造較以往更好營運表現。

志超目前包含子公司統盟電子(5480)、宇環科技(3276)等計有台灣平鎮廠、桃園廠、中壢廠、南崁廠及中國蘇州廠、無錫廠、中山廠、遂寧廠等，硬板月產能約850萬平方英呎。

志超客戶部分，包括三星(Samsung)、樂金(LG Display)、友達(2409)、群創(3481)、夏普(SHARP)及京東方(BOE Hydis)、華星光電等；而近幾年所新增的資訊板產品線部分，主要客戶有廣達(2382)、仁寶(2324)、和碩(4938)、緯創(3231)等。

震旦行上月營收增4%；今年營運看樂觀

電子設備通路商震旦行（2373）去年12月受惠於對中國公務機關的辦公室設備（OA）出貨量成長，使得單月營收較去年11月成長約4%。展望後市，震旦行表示，在中國OA需求仍將成長，且3D印表機進入正式出貨階段的貢獻下，樂觀看待今年營運表現。

震旦行去年12月營收約10.06億元，月增4%、年增9%；累計2013年營收約107.21億元，因去年10月起震旦電信不再列入合併營收，因此去年全年營收較2012年衰退約15%。

針對去年12月業績較前一月成長，震旦行說明，主要是占公司營收約69%的中國市場，該月對公務機關的辦公室設備出貨提升，促使單月營收較前一月增長。據瞭解，去年12月中國的辦公室設備營收約5100萬人民幣、月增約34%，全月中國營收則來到1.45億人民幣、月增約3%。

展望今年營運，震旦行指出，中國對於辦公室設備需求仍在提升，加上中國與台灣市場的3D列印機將正式出貨，以及擬成立MA（Major Account）部門開發大型客戶，因此公司對於今年營收與獲利狀況皆正面看待。
