【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】日本共同社今天報導，美國國家安全局（NSA）曾在2011年前後向日本政府提出請求，希望協助監控透過光纖電纜傳輸的網路及電話通聯，意圖蒐集中國情報。不過日本以法律限制及情報人員不足為由，拒絕此一請求。
 
報導指出，由於中國的國際光纜及連接亞太地區的大部分光纜，都途經日本，美國此舉被視為旨在搜集中方情報。消息人士稱，NSA原本希望日方在光纜上安裝監控設備，以獲取包括網路聯繫及通話紀錄在內的資訊，但遭日本拒絕。

國防部上午說，國軍各部隊食用油是統一採購獲得，目前國「18公斤方形桶大豆沙拉油由陸勤部公開招標，民國101年及102年，分別為福懋及維義公司得標。

若各部隊另有需求時，透過國軍副食供應站或福利站採購。國防部統計國軍各部隊及單位102年自行向副供站採購大統沙拉油計6萬8000餘桶，葵花油1700餘桶。副供站提供的大統油品均為批發18公升裝，經計算今年至少已有百餘萬公升大統油被國軍官兵吃下肚。
