【陳詩璧／綜合報導】廣東深圳一名六十多歲的張姓婦人，22日外出，因為尿急跑到花旗銀行借洗手間，沒想到被銀行女行員用鐵棍歐打，導致左肩骨折．

根據今日《香港蘋果》報導，當時去借廁所是經過櫃檯女職員同意，才進到銀行裏頭，當時看到有人在使用，張姓婦人站在外頭等待，這時一名女行員上前表示廁所不外借，要求婦人離開，張姓婦人回說政府有開放金融機構廁所，給一般民眾使用，但女行員依舊堅持要求她離開，甚至拿起保全的警棍打她，張姓婦人報警，警方將她送醫治療，銀行隨後向婦人致歉並且表示會支付醫藥費，並且暫停這名女行員的工作．

【王家俊／台北報導】各縣市政府警察局以業務費名目花了近50萬元買149面「攔鞋網」，遭立委痛批浪費；警政署長王卓鈞今上午出席警專68年校慶受訪回應說，這是相關警察局自己購買的，而且是他們的經費，中央並沒有統一配發或訂定規格，所以不能說是浪費。

由於陳抗團體近來丟鞋抗議不斷，警專嚴陣以待，總統馬英九出席校慶典禮，媒體沒有通行證一度不能入內採訪。馬總統致詞卻未不受訪，心情看起來不錯。

【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者黃凱熙編譯報導）美國食品和藥物管理局25日公佈，已批准首件使用單一配方的止痛劑上市。這種未摻雜其他處方的鎮痛劑，其止痛的效果更強、藥效持續更久。但藥物專家則擔心由於這種藥的效果顯著，會造成有疼痛問題的病患更加依賴止痛藥，而不去查就造成疼痛的病因，使美國濫用止痛藥的情況更加嚴重。

根據美聯社報導，美國食品和藥物管理局（FDA）25日公佈，已核准長效型止痛藥Zohydro ER上市，這種藥物適用於「必須長期每天服用多次止痛藥，且不能與其它藥物混用治療的病患」。換言之，Zohydro ER是一種用於治療慢性重度疼痛症病患的新藥。

目前市面常見的維可汀（Vicodin）等止痛劑，皆是混有氫可酮（Hydrocodone）及普拿疼（acetaminophen）的混合鎮痛藥劑。這些藥物一般用於治療外傷、手術後、關節炎及偏頭痛等病患的疼痛問題上。但這類混合型止痛藥的藥效通常僅能維持4小時，因此必須終日服用鎮痛劑的病患，一天要服用6次。

由Zogenix藥廠所生產的Zohydro ER止痛劑，是第一種僅使用氫可酮單一配方的止痛劑，且獲得食品和藥物管理局核准販售的長效型止痛劑。

Zohydro ER核准上市後，對慢性疼痛病患而言，看似是一個好消息，不過美國當局一公佈這項訊息後，也著實令醫藥界感到訝異，因為該局大部份的藥品顧問，去年對這種止痛藥做出了許多負面的分析評估報告。

導致食品及藥物管理局的疼痛專家小組，去年以12票對2票、1票棄權的壓倒性局面，反對當局核准該藥上市。這些專家普遍質疑：美國還需要再批准一項藥效更強、已遭全國醫療界濫用的止痛劑上市嗎？

反止痛藥物濫用的倡導者伊斯瑞爾（Avi Israel），批評食品及藥物管理局迅速批准Zohydro ER販售的決策，是想謀殺更多的兒童。伊斯瑞爾的兒子因為仰賴止痛藥成癮，把自己的身體搞壞到痛不欲生，而在2011年選擇自殺來解除痛苦。伊斯瑞爾在痛失愛子後，致力推動打擊青少年濫用止痛劑的保護工作，及為病人進行藥物安全的把關工作。

伊斯瑞爾曾在去年12月，在當局的公眾討論及投票網站上，呼籲管理局應該駁回Zohydro ER上市販售的申請案。伊斯瑞爾認為食品和藥物管理匆匆核准Zohydro ER上市的決策過於草率，他說：「我們正在謀殺更多的兒童，等到一發不可收拾後，當局再回來無辜的致歉說：『喔，我們不小心犯錯了！』。」

根據美國的官方統計，美國醫師在2011年共開出1億3,100萬張含有氫可酮止痛藥的處方箋，使得鎮痛劑的用藥量成為全國之冠。

美國緝毒局也表示，含有麻醉成分的氫可酮，也一直是濫用藥物成癮者的選項之一。
