新北市三重一名男子今晚返家時發現大門反鎖，爬窗進入赫見妻女倒臥家中，脖子有勒痕，兩人送醫後不治。警方現正調查。

新北市消防局在晚間7時34分接獲通報，指三重區溪尾街一處2樓民宅有兩名女子倒臥在家中，警消獲報後立刻趕往救援。

男主人向警消表示，回到家裡時發現大門打不開，爬窗進入後發現45歲的周姓妻子和19歲的王姓女兒，兩人分別倒臥在走廊和房間，且脖子有明顯的勒痕，除此並無其他外傷。

警消隨即將周女送往新光醫院急救，王女則送到新北市立聯合醫院三重院區治療，但兩人不幸在急救後宣告不治，警方鑑識人員也在晚間進入命案現場採集跡證，以釐清案情。

新北市警局三重分局偵查隊長張明偉晚間受訪時表示，從房屋外觀看來，門窗並未遭受外力破壞，屋內也沒有打鬥或是掙扎痕跡，且兩名死者的穿著也無異樣，除了脖子有帶狀紅色痕跡外，也沒有其他具體外傷，至於是否為他殺，仍有待後續進一步調查。1021001

台灣高等法院今日上午宣布抗告結果，立法院長王金平再下一城。王金平今日上午10點半回到重慶南路官邸後，經過8個多小時後，晚間6點50分左右才離開，院長車與隨扈車還發生小擦撞。王金平離去前表示，謝謝大家關心，一切按照法律程序走。
