我有同學都不看棒球的 後來賭運彩就接觸棒球了 從都不看變得很激動 當然以前是他有下注 所以激動 這我能了解 後來他輸了一屁股 沒再賭 可是還是有看也還是滿激動的 以前我沒想到運彩有這功效 還以為小賭或大賭都大一點的人才會參予 沒想到身旁也有人被影響 所以其實運彩有推廣職棒 是這樣說媽 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.75.15

地產年終誘人 興富發連2年10個月

很快就要到了領年終的時候了，今年的地產業，表現依舊亮眼，其中又以興富發建設公司，年終可望和去年一樣，兩個月年終搭配紅利，平均能夠領到10個月，不過房仲就沒這麼好，預估年終大約1～6個月，而食品業更是受到最近食安風暴影響，年終最多可能只有2個月。

儘管政府打房，不過位在這棟大樓的興富發建設公司，傳出今年年終平均還是有10個月，興富發今年第三季因為不斷有建案持續入帳，讓他們前三季每股盈餘有接近9塊錢的實力，這也立刻反映在年終獎金。

而和地產相關的房仲業，往年年終平均在1-4個月，業者預估今年年終也和去年大同小異，可能落在1～6個月。另一家建設公司華固第一季表現不俗，單季每股盈餘就來到11.32元，但是可惜第二第三季入帳空窗，因此年終可能有5個月只有興富發的一半，不過科技業就沒這麼幸運，今年因為面板業營運慘淡，預估年終只有大約2個月，而食品公司因為受到假油風暴影響，今年年終恐怕不樂觀，平均只有1～2個月和地產業成為強烈對比。

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中5日電）「這樣我們要如何做生意」，才度過問題澱粉風波的肉圓業者，又受到黑心油品的風暴，生意大受打擊，業者大喊實在吃不消。

問題澱粉發生時，肉圓業者受到波及，生意大受影響。

沒想到澱粉事件才告一段落，黑心油品再度衝擊小吃市場，包括炸粿、肉圓、鹽酥雞、臭豆腐、雞排等業者都遭到波及，小吃街業者紛紛大嘆生意難做，一名蔡姓肉圓業者就說，最近業績掉了2成之多，希望政府能夠幫忙把關食品安全，讓他們能安心做生意。1021105
