兒子枉死 詹父心寒想結束婚姻

（中央社記者林恆立彰化縣11日電）高中生詹淳寓遭虐死案，法官責付詹母黃芬雀由女兒接回；詹父今天受訪說，兒子枉死，與妻子的婚姻已難走下去，打算離婚。

詹父表示，他先前就為妻子參加靈修團體日月明功情事，與妻子意見相左，難以溝通，「既然她不把婚姻當一回事」，這段婚姻真的無法再走下去。

他說，母親有保護兒子的責任，是黃芬雀主動帶兒子去「默園」，卻又未能好好保護他，造成兒子喪命，「難道沒有責任？」兩人已無法在一起，會找適當時機辦離婚。

詹父表示，女兒與她的阿姨接走黃芬雀後，他不知道接到哪裡，他也不想過問。

至於女兒會不會想挽回父母的婚姻？詹父則說，他不想左右女兒的想法，但他相信女兒也會理解他的心情及尊重他的想法。

詹淳寓遭集體虐死案昨天偵結，彰化地檢署將日月明功創辦人陳巧明、詹母黃芬雀、劉享易、許愛珍、吳仁甫、林甫朋、尤威評及王昱翔等8名被告起訴，除王昱翔先前已交保外，另7人由地院法官漏夜召開接押庭審理。

其中，黃芬雀責付女兒詹姊姊帶回，限制住居；詹姊今天凌晨將黃芬雀接走後，直接前往台中市一處處所休息，並未回到彰化市住家。1030111

婦女昏倒鐵軌 被自強號撞身亡

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣11日電）屏東縣枋寮鄉平交道今天發生自強號撞死婦女意外，警方詢問目擊者後，發現婦人是昏倒在平交道上，導致意外發生。

今天上午10時25分，陳婦在枋寮鄉紅花路的平交道被從花蓮往新左營的304車次自強號列車當場撞死，警方偵訊目擊者鄭姓婦女，鄭婦表示，她與陳婦在田裡採紅豆，陳婦表示頭暈，想先離開。

鄭婦與陳婦同時離開，經過平交道時，在陳婦後面的鄭婦看到陳婦昏倒在平交道，人被摩托車壓在下面；此時，平交道柵欄已放下，眼看自強號駛來，她想把陳婦拉離平交道，但拉不動，她不斷向自強號揮手，但自強號仍然沒停，她只好逃離。

鄭婦眼睜睜地看著陳婦連車帶人被自強號撞上，人車支離破碎拖了100多公尺。驚嚇過度的鄭婦，直到下午才能把整件事的情節向警方交代清楚。1030111

藏匿躲破車 金門警方逮通緝犯

（中央社記者陳守國金門11日電）金門縣警局刑警大隊經多日佈線，在金寧鄉一處社區地下停車場故障車內，查獲妨害性自主遭通緝的洪姓男子，移送地檢署歸案。

警方也在洪姓通緝犯身上起出K他命60.2公克、安非他命0.4公克及吸食器等物，依毒品危害防制條例移送地檢署偵辦。

縣府警察局刑警大隊今天表示，洪男民國98年間涉嫌妨害性自主、加重竊盜等罪被金門地方法院判處有期徒刑7年4月，應在去年8月間報到入監服刑，卻畏罪潛逃。

員警數天前發現金寧鄉某社區地下停車場停放一輛故障汽車，車內有棉被、換洗衣物與生活用品等物品，研判有人藏匿，經派員埋伏逮捕洪男到案。洪男供稱遭通緝以來四處躲藏，廢棄營區、空屋、汽車都是藏匿場所。

警方籲請民眾如發現不明可疑人士侵入，立即報警處理；警方也將持續編排「清樓專案」清查環境複雜、治安顧慮的出租套房、空屋、閒置營區等治安死角，防制發生治安案件。1030111
