【詹健全／綜合報導】由台灣女網一姊謝淑薇與中國彭帥組成的海峽女雙，在土耳其伊斯堡舉行的WTA年終總決賽的雙打決賽中，以6比4、7比5打敗俄羅斯組合瑪卡洛娃(E.Makarova)／薇絲妮娜(E.Vesnina)，奪下年終總決賽41年來亞洲球員的首座冠軍，兩人不僅可合得46萬美元(約1352萬台幣)冠軍獎金，謝淑薇世界排名更可望升至世界雙打第3。
 
謝淑薇／彭帥是WTA年終總決賽自1972年以來第三組挑戰雙打冠軍的亞洲球員，前兩次都是日本杉山愛分別在2003、2007年，可惜最後都功敗垂成只拿到亞軍，謝／彭決賽對手是今年法網女雙冠軍的俄羅斯組合瑪卡洛娃／薇絲妮娜，對手4強剛淘汰現任世界女雙球后組合義大利艾拉妮(S.Errani)／文西(R.Vinci)，顯示狀況極佳，賽前賭盤雙方賠率一樣，可見會是一場勢均力敵的比賽。
 
但謝／彭海峽女雙擁有8戰全勝的決賽無敵戰績，一開始首盤就在第2、6局攻破了薇絲妮娜的2個發球局，可惜謝淑薇的第7個發球局不保遭到破發，第8局本出現2個盤末點沒拿下，反被破發一度被追成5比4，幸好第10局第4個末點才辛苦地以6比4拿下。
 
第二盤俄羅斯組合急起直追，海峽女雙接連2個發球局都出現破發點，淑薇在第3、7的兩個發球局都不保，幸好第6、8局都回破，雙方打到5比5平手，關鍵第11局又是淑薇的發球局，雙方打了5次「丟士」，海峽女雙才辛苦保發，第12局搶到一個賽末點破發，終於辛苦地打下女雙冠軍，也延續了兩人9場決賽全勝的傳奇。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】阿富汗東部格茲尼省(Ghazni)27日發生一輛小巴士遭路邊炸彈攻擊，造成至少20名乘客死亡，死者大部分都是婦女和幼童。
 
根據法新社報導指出，當地警方表示這輛小巴士在前往參加喜宴的途中遭攻擊，但美聯社報導表示，這輛小巴士是喜宴結束乘客返家途中遭攻擊，由於當地的神學士激進份子時常利用路邊炸彈，攻擊安全部隊和官員，警方懷疑這次攻擊也是由神學士策畫，不過神學士已出面否認。

【吳家翔／台北報導】「國共論壇」提出19項共同建議，並將「加速兩岸服務貿易協議生效實施」列為第一項共同建議，民進黨中國事務部主任洪財隆表示，民進黨堅持立法院實質審查服貿協議，堅守國家安全紅線，要求中國國企對外投資應符合國際間自由貿易協定的規範，並針對不合理、不對等的條文與項目，要求重啟談判。
 
洪財隆說，馬政府與對岸所談出來的服貿協議，根本不是自由貿易，而是犧牲本土產業，成就少數有能力往中國發展產業的一項利益交換。面對這項對台灣中小企業有明顯而立即危害的不公平協議，馬政府不但不思檢討改正，反而透過所謂「國共論壇」的「共同建議」，要求儘速讓服貿協議生效，黨國不分、本末倒置。
 
洪財隆說，「國共論壇」的舉辦，是國共兩個黨政不分的政黨，在民進黨執政期間為了「以黨逼政」、弱化台灣公權力、架空台灣政府、意圖將兩岸事務窄化為「一國之內兩個政黨家務事」的統戰策略，其存在本身就是舉世罕見，加上國共論壇完全沒有公民社會的參與，無論通過幾項共同建議或結論，都不能代表台灣人民的真實意志。
 
針對國共論壇建議，兩岸應探討和協商同亞太區域經濟整合進程相銜接的適當方式和可行途徑，提升兩岸經濟實力及全球競爭力。洪財隆批評，中國說一套、做一套，台灣至今依然不能參與區域經濟整合的最大元凶就是中國政府，其目的在讓台灣對外經貿兩岸化與邊緣化，將它擺在國共論壇的共同建議中，凸顯國民黨的一廂情願。

【王勇超／高雄報導】1位公共停車收費員今晚6時許在高雄市前金區六合路、中華路口附近停車格，發現1輛白色豐田轎車前後懸掛的車牌號碼不同，警方查出2面車牌分別在今年8月初及10月下旬失竊，派出警員前往埋伏，等候駕駛前來取車。

稍後有1名年約35歲、身型瘦高，留短髮的男子現身開車。警方立刻上前盤查，短髮男拒檢並倒車撞倒1輛警用機車，再加速迴轉要逃離現場，當時站在轎車駕駛座左後方的陳姓警員差點遭撞擊，他緊急跳開後，朝轎車左前輪開1槍，但短髮男仍駕駛轎車往六合夜市方向逃逸無蹤，線上警網接獲通報展開圍捕未果，目前正加強查緝短髮男到案。

承辦警官說，陳姓警員雖然朝左前輪射擊，但因轎車正在快速迴轉，「子彈射擊的方向有可能造成短髮男受到槍傷！」但至目前為止高雄地區各醫院仍無槍傷患者就醫消息。

  【王中聖╱金門報導】行政院長江宜樺今到金門聽取地方政府、金防部、文化部等單位對大二膽開放觀光的規劃簡報，會後江表示大二膽島將在明年六月三十日移交給金門縣政府，同時為了國防、政治考量，島上將維持適當駐軍。

由於大二膽島已維持數十年管制，外界擔心島上豐富的明清史蹟與軍事設施恐在縣府建設過程中遭破壞，對此江要求相關單位做好「先文資保存，再有限度開發」的準備，文化部文資局也清查出大二膽島上分別有21、13處文化資產，其中清代碑群建議指定為古蹟，明威將軍墓建議應登錄為歷史建築。

江宜樺說大膽島維持駐軍是朝野不分藍綠立委共同的意見，但江強調維持駐軍「並非留給觀光客拍照」，觀光活動也不能影響軍隊的正常防務。
