出處 http://goo.gl/zCWcea 原文 為加強民眾的權益，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)研議規畫行動上網也有「7天鑑賞期」，是 繼郵購、訪問買賣之後，再一項強制規定鑑賞期的消費保障，估計最快今(102)年底開始 實施。 　　隨著智慧型手機、平板電腦等行動載具越來越常見，行動上網的相關消費權益，也成 為民眾關注焦點，甚至衍生出許多爭議，消費糾紛時有耳聞。根據NCC統計，截至今年8月 底止，消費者申訴案件達4,921件，其中就有4,152件與行動通訊相關，佔比逼近8成5，且 「通訊連線品質」每月都是申訴案件的最大宗。 　　事實上，行動上網逐漸普及後，消費者申辦行動上網，經常得被綁約2年以上，可是 開始使用後，發現居家處所、工作場所收訊不佳，想要中止合約，卻須先付出高額違約金 ，否則無法更換電信業者。 　　目前國內的消費者保護法，載明民眾透過郵購、訪問買賣，都可享有7天鑑賞期，只 要不滿意，無須提出任何理由即可全額退費，而NCC也打算採取相同方式，等於讓行動上 網納入強制鑑賞的產品中。 　　NCC表示，在維護消費者權益的前提下，近期就會要求各電信業者，必須落實「7天試 用上網服務」。當民眾申辦後認為收訊品質不如預期，可以主張無條件解約，減少因違約 金問題而產生的爭議。 　　多數消費者認為，申辦行動上網前，無法事先知道生活環境周圍的收訊狀況，如果不 理想，卻不能無條件解約，的確對民眾不公平，NCC作法將能讓爭議大量減少，政策想法 值得肯定。 　　消基會則強調，行動上網有「7天鑑賞期」，初期聽起來可能對電信業者造成衝擊， 但讓民眾感覺到品質好、服務佳後，整體企業形象能加分，即使被列為收訊不良，使得許 多人申請退費，這對電信業者而言，也是督促改善基礎建設的訊息，以長遠來看是正面的 影響。 ---------------------------------------------------------------- 心得:行動通訊申訴佔消費爭議的比例好多! 行動上網七天鑑賞期有用嗎?真的有做功課的人就知道要先辦7天試用。 而且一旦行動上網有了七天鑑賞期，一般人往往是電信約搭配購機， 購機的電信公司補助款要怎麼解決?解約+買單機? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.12.148 ※ 編輯: flypower 來自: 111.248.12.148 (10/26 11:30)

標題[問片] 男主角用圍巾遮掩脖子傷痕

手機排版請見諒 這部片大約快30年前在電視看到的 幼小的我印象實在不多 有一幕有個男人他脖子有被斬首的傷痕 用圍巾遮掩 那天下雨 他撐著油紙傘 戴著帽子(紳士帽的感覺) 要去拜訪友人(好像是女人) 友人看到也沒發現他怪怪的 但是很開心 這樣 記得打扮上看起來像是民初的穿著 不知道為什麼小小的我看到傷痕就直覺是斬首過的傷痕 因為想說怎麼這樣還活著 十分訝異 因此印象深刻 但也只對這幕有印象而已 囧 在此謝謝各位高手 謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.115.109.11
