版主你好，剛好我之前也在找在家工作的資訊

現在物價飆漲，我認為每個人都要自己找出路以免哪天被取代工作職位

今天要去國光客運搭車前，在車站前的某家自助餐店買飯，"不是"建國自助餐，是他同一排另一間，首先印象是打菜非常小氣，小號沒分格子的餐盒裝四個青菜，加兩片小小薄薄的排骨。 再加上三碗飯，結帳時160，其實平日在台北永和區都沒這麼貴，重點是十幾年來第一次買飯對店家的吝嗇感到印象深刻，住家附近平鎮國中旁的自助餐160大概可以買到兩倍的份量，剎那間悶悶的連店名都忘記看，只記得裝潢蠻漂亮的。 只是嘆氣我太久沒在中壢市區活動，今天運氣不太好遇到十幾年來覺得最摳門的主店。 祝福大家吃飯都能吃飯得開心、、不要有被搶的感覺，雖說結帳剎那我真有衝動跟他說我不想買了XD 手機打字如有錯字請見諒:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 221.120.67.60

保全 這樣是否有違反勞基法

我在保全公司工作
因該公司承包某國營機關保全 為期一年
問題一
工作時間為早上七點至晚上十一點 分早班7~15 晚班15~23
公司口頭上說一個月有六天假
但是公司說(如今天甲休假 乙須上早晚班 隔天換乙休假 甲須上早晚班)
等於如果有人休假或有事無法上班 另一人須上16小時班
跟公司反應卻說 如要增加人力 所聘用之人的薪資 由四人薪資李扣除 轉給待班人員(該車站早晚有4個人 兩個月台) 然而公司言到22K包含加班費
詢問過派駐機關主管 證實22K惟基本薪資 至於派駐人員 派駐機關說 一天至少要4人 固要請幾人公司自己衡量 然而公司卻只找四人 其餘人員不足 公司卻以經費不足為由

然而有人離職 公司卻要我們從早上7點上到晚上11點 上到找到人為止

試問如此 有無違反勞基法

平時工作要看一整天的電腦 怕傷眼 所以本身很講究螢幕的亮度 之前用lg g2，因為g2的亮度調節上很有問題 反應感覺過慢，所以參照版友推薦 有花錢下載了lux來改善 現在換成one sv，若點設定-進螢幕亮度 可以有一整條亮度或auto來選 另外sense5 雙指下滑 也有一個是快捷-亮度選擇 不過是一整條亮度分層三份來調 不知道是不是因為這個sense5的關係 我的one sv每次調亮度，不是太暗，就是太亮 感覺就是只有按照三等分的亮度來調整 即便使用lux也是一樣的結果= = 請問是否有人也有同樣的問題呢??
