財政部長宣示，預售屋不納入奢侈稅，將針對三千萬元以上的預售屋加強查緝、遏止炒房。

部長！你真的太天真了！第一，財政部只針對三千萬元以上大戶課稅，筆者好友是典型投資客，他們只炒二千萬以下預售屋，理由是脫手容易，買家多是小家庭自住客，不懂行情；第二，如果國稅局真能掌握這些隱私資訊，過去兩三年預售屋早該為國庫進帳滿滿的所得稅了，也不會淪落到今天這種「炒紅單」滿天飛的地步；第三，何況這些投資客都是以人頭名義購買，名下只有一棟自用住宅，請問部長你是要怎麼查？

馬政府的「居住正義」一向只有口惠而不實，也難怪蘋果民調只有33.92%受訪民眾認為這措施可抑制炒房。馬總統一向自詡為中山先生的信徒，然而國父民生主義所主張的「漲價歸公、地利共享」，對照龍頭建商老闆喊出「台灣每坪二五○萬元的房價不算太貴」，在現今台灣看來，簡直是一場悲劇！

筆者在此誠懇呼籲，馬政府如果真的有心改革，至少先把預售屋納入奢侈稅課稅範圍，再延長奢侈稅為三至五年。這是一個公與義的國家，人民只盼明君垂憐！

前陣子朋友介紹了個女生給我 (應該是女生想認識異性 因為我沒跟朋友提) 結束後 朋友說女生對我印象不錯 叫我加油 女生是常日班 幾乎都準時五點下班 但五點後 賴或臉書傳訊息給她 可能到凌晨她才回我 我早就睡了 好幾次都是這樣 她也沒主動傳訊息給我過 之前有邀約她 有邀出來一次 約出來女生很愛說話 和網路上的相處差很多 之後還有邀兩次 一次她說先跟別人約了 一次說有事 這樣子算是打槍嗎 雖然覺得頻率不太合(外型還OK) 不過目前沒別的對象 也蠻希望可以脫離單身 但該怎麼繼續呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.166.241

看完完全可以理解為什麼三天兩頭有神棍騙財騙色的新聞= = 一百個「老師」裡面，九十個騙財，9個騙財又騙色，剩下一個真本事， 但是愛算命的人都相信自己遇到的是那1% 如果女友態度堅定甚至賭爛她老木迷信，可以努力看看。 如果女友自己也動搖......只能說， 迷信無解，勸施主塊陶。 為何？我就提供我親眼見過的例子吧。 婚前那些甚麼合八字、看時辰就不說了，沒有迷信的人也會因為禮俗而這麼做。 結婚了，妻子肚子裡有孩子，母子狀況都良好，婆婆蹦出來說「老師」挑了個良辰吉時， 要媳婦剖腹，照時辰剖腹小孩就會一輩子順利富貴，反之就是害了孩子一生。 小夫妻妥協了，之後呢............就是沒完沒了的挑時辰、搞名字 本來小夫妻給孩子想了個好聽又有意義的名字，結果婆婆說「老師」批了一個大好名字， 照著取小孩就會一輩子順利富貴，反之就是害了孩子一生。 連孩子報戶口，都要「老師」看日子看時辰，到戶政事務所看到大排長龍， 拼命凹櫃台讓他們插隊，「不然誤了時辰會害了孩子一生」。 其他的，嬰兒床怎麼擺，小夫妻房間裡東西怎麼擺，陽台盆栽怎麼擺... 通通都有「老師」指點，只差沒有指導他們廁所牙刷要往哪個方位放了。 孩子三歲的時候感染腸病毒，走了一趟鬼門關， 「老師」說孩子的名字太好被鬼神忌妒，收了十萬塊紅包改了一個更奇怪的名字。 到這邊夫妻已經不知道吵了幾次架了， 每次做丈夫的想要硬起來對媽媽說不，他老木就一哭二鬧三上吊。 到目前為止，這場戰爭還沒打完，當婆婆的還是三天兩頭老師說，然後又是一陣大風吹。 甚至有天心血來潮，叫媳婦也去給「老師」改名，媳婦大爆炸...... 鍵盤算命師(誤)預估他們的下場不是離婚就是小夫妻終於忍無可忍革命搬出去... 不過離婚的機率應該佔90%吧，至少就我聽到的，太太已經打死不願意生第二胎了。 施主，想清楚，有個愛算命的長輩來攪局，就會變成這樣，這樣的生活是你要的嗎？ -- ──都21世紀了科學一點行不行啊TMD！！！！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.116.248
