台股昨（24）日觀望氣氛漸濃，除量能萎縮至697億元外，指數一度失守10日線，不過，在今天美股反彈，加上台股下檔支撐力道亦不弱下，法人機構認為，多方格局未變。

統一投顧並表示，預期台股仍可維持震盪盤堅格局，主因在於不僅國內外政治利空因素解除，且台積電法說會表示庫存調節近尾聲，以及中國第3季GDP年增7.8%符合預期等利多因素外，外資連16買，期貨部位在昨日由淨空單轉為淨多單，偏多看法未變。

不過，由於時序貼近11月15日企業財報與法說會高峰，企業獲利與第4季展望將陸續出爐，是以財報多空將為近期之操作重心，選股仍重於選市，可留意半導體、太陽能、中概、蘋果新品供應鏈等族群。

2014年台灣的健保預算總額將高達5400億，還顯得捉襟見肘，到處哭窮，而全台灣從中央到地方政府主管食品安全的人力只有區區五百多人，預算更是少得可憐，「病從口入」，上游大家亂吃一通，下游大家拚命看病，不是本末倒置？

5400億是很多的錢，我們的國防預算一年才3200億，已經是所有部會最高的了，如果把5400億中的1000億拿來做食品衛生及安全工作，也許剩下的4400億對健保就綽綽有餘了，甚而減少生病的痛苦，我們只願意花大錢去醫治看得到的病，卻不願意花錢去預防生病，因為預防是看不到的。

醫學進步，人的平均壽命是延長了，大部分的疾病都可醫治，但失智、癌症及各種怪病也增加了，甚至不少年輕人也得了以往少見的病；這些現象必然和環境及食品安全有關，但人民是弱勢的，政府必須嚴格把關，否則人民一點辦法也沒有。我們每天吃下的東西種類實在太多，很多還都是長期累積的，假設一個人不幸得了某種癌症，他努力檢討回想到底是什麼原因：是基因？空氣？水？食物中的防腐劑？色素？油脂？農藥？重金屬？心情？習慣？藥物？Ｘ光照太多？……實在很難找到立即而明顯的因素，也很難一口咬定就是長期吃了某種食物，所以就造成大家都知道食品安全重要，卻又莫可奈何之感。

我二弟有次在日月潭邊的五星級旅館吃了一盤蝦仁蛋炒飯，飯後突然喘不過氣，狀似心肌梗塞，急送埔里基督教醫院搶救，經診斷是食物過敏，幸運救回一命，我們後來跟旅館討論那盤炒飯到底包含了什麼？結果嚇了我一跳，小小一盤炒飯，米是泰國來的，蝦是菲律賓的，蝦醬是印尼的，香料是印度的……查了半天，也查不出過敏原是什麼？

還有一次，我在住家附近超市買了一些食材下廚，吃後嚴重不適，上吐下瀉，痛苦不堪，我懷疑一包有點黏黏的金針菇是禍首，就請助理打電話到衛生局，問可不可以把剩下的半包送去檢驗，回答說不行，除非我去檢舉這間超市，然後由衛生局派員去查封取樣化驗。我一想我也沒把握一定是該金針菇惹的禍，由官方勞師動眾浩浩蕩蕩去檢查，如果不是豈不冤枉人家？只好算了，我想很多吃壞身體的人一定有同樣心情。

政府必須訂定更嚴格的標準，廠商必須誠實清楚標示，主管機關必須確實檢驗、勤於抽查、主動公布，如政府怠惰，就是鼓勵不法，造成不公平競爭，導致劣幣驅逐良幣。如有兩家油商，甲商混用低價油，加添色素騙人，成本低了一半，假設一百元為成本，賣二百元，可賺一百元，乙商童叟無欺100%純正油，成本二百元，要賣三百元，才能賺一百元，如甲、乙兩商都宣稱自己是100%純正好油，政府又不能把關揭發取締甲商，乙商賣三百元沒人買，賣二百元沒有利潤，不是劣油驅逐良油嗎？是誰殺了誠實的乙商？乙商不是退出市場，就是只能和甲商一樣做假，最後市場上只有做假的才能生存，這又是誰造成的？

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國重慶前市委書記薄熙來受賄、貪污及濫用職權案，將於今早10時在山東省高級人民法院進行二審宣判。法院在宣判後，即約上午11時，召開記者會交代結果。

據中國《中新社》報導，法院外保安嚴密，每隔幾步就有公安站崗，其他公安則分小組在外圍巡邏。消息透露，薄熙來可能現身法庭聽取結果。中國法律界普遍認為，法院極有可能駁回上訴，維持原判。

薄熙來案8月底在山東濟南中級人民法院一審開庭，薄熙來被判無期徒刑、剝奪政治權利終身，和沒收個人全部財產。薄熙來不服，向山東省高級人民法院上訴。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】名嘴許聖梅因評論于美人婚姻事件，搞到要跟其他人對簿公堂，讓她大呼倒楣。天天通告滿檔的她，11月初要到大陸武漢商演，傳唱3首歌就能進帳3萬元人民幣。

今日出版的《時報周刊》報導，許聖梅通告滿檔，有時一整天工作長達14個小時，她說：「名嘴靠天吃飯，忙沒有關係，習慣就好，有錢賺最重要。沒通告的話，整天待在家裡，閒閒沒事幹，更慘。」她更透露，11月6日要飛到大陸，準備商演。名嘴到大陸登台演出，許聖梅大概是第一人，她表示自己擔任壓軸嘉賓有點緊張，據傳業者出手大方，許聖梅光是唱酬就3萬元人民幣，約15萬台幣。

偶然在電影頻道看到 雖然看時已經播了1/3 但依舊把他看完 後來去網路搜尋 發現有完整版 又從頭開始看 孔子 《禮記·禮運篇》：「飲食男女，人之大欲存焉。」 孟子 《告子章句上》：「食色，性也。」 電影以這兩句做為開場 意思是食與性都是人最基本的追求與欲望 講明白就是吃飯和做愛都是人不可或缺的 電影的英文片名相當有趣 "Deadly Delicious" 致命的美味 不過 致命的究竟是垂涎欲滴的可口佳餚 還是包裹著甜口糖衣的險惡人心 改編美食專欄作家"殳俏"的小說 由吳鎮宇 余男 江一燕主演 要抓住男人的心 首先要抓住男人的胃 一句平凡不過的話 帶出了一連串驚悚的安排 電影前半段講述一個男人擁有溫柔體貼的妻子外 還有可愛火辣的情人 遊走在這兩個女人之間 吃著她們為他所做的一道道菜餚 自信的認為能夠天衣無縫 不讓兩個女人知道彼此的存在 享用兩家飯的男人 漸漸感到身體不適 就診後發現是中毒 男人懷疑自己吃下去的菜餚是扼殺自己的毒藥 但兇手是妻子抑或是情人 也許兩人都是 他無法猜測 一個男人 誰叫他吃兩家飯呢 後半段男人因身體而在家休養 妻子與情人會面 原來妻子為了要將男人留在自己身邊 及報復男人的劈腿 接近不知情的情人 教她廚藝 做出盤盤美味 殊不知這些可口的菜餚 背後是一步步的慢性謀殺 男人的秘密被起底 保險箱一張張女人的照片 是他獵豔的成績 妻子和情人都覺得不堪 最後男人為求解脫 吃下大量的蝦與維他命C 砒霜中毒 妻子也心灰意冷下 自殺了 情人懷有男人的孩子 獨自帶著 安心過生活 電影中有很多微妙的隱喻 片名有男人吃著兩家飯的含意外 還有口腹之慾的滿足及性愛的歡愉 情人與妻子買盤子橋段 一個喜歡傳統款式 一個喜歡花俏款式 對照著情人青春洋溢 妻子樸實不華 妻子將喜愛的裙子贈與情人 感嘆自己年華老去 也羨慕情人芳華正貌 而結局男人在鏡子面前親吻了自己 說明了他只愛自己 女人之毒在於愛 男人之毒在於自私 片中的兩個女人-妻子與情人 妻子愛男人愛到扭曲 男人死了也隨之而去 情人愛男人也曾愛到沒了自我 但她明白生活得繼續過 所以她把愛給了剛出生的孩子 男人是誰都愛也誰都不愛 但他最愛的是自己 愛到只好殺了自己 爛心得文 本人筆拙 請見諒 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.190.139

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】亞馬遜（Amazon.com）全球擴張見效，上季營收年增24%至171億美元，其中美國地區銷售激增31%，海外銷售則成長15%，淨損也較去年同期大幅縮減至4100萬美元或每股淨損0.09美元，各項結果均優於預期。
 
亞馬遜本季營收目標235~265億美元雖略嫌保守，市場仍看好亞馬遜已為假期銷售旺季業績衝刺做好準備，可望延續上季成長氣勢，樂觀氣氛推升盤後股價大漲8%。
