事情是這樣的 小弟在2013/12/15門號正式從遠傳移轉至台哥大， 因為移轉工作天數關係， 所以我在2013/12/10提前至直營門市辦理解約 並且付清解約金之動作， 當初遠傳的消費方式是 哈啦精省398+無限飄網775， 這種資費方案享有網內互打免費並且無線上網， 而在今年1月份時收到2013年12月份帳單金額為21XX元， 除了原本的月租費的費用(11XX)還額外收取了網內通話的資費(9XX)， 這讓我非常生氣， 我致電去客服詢問的到結果是 我在12/10號解約 遠傳門號使用至2013/12/15號， 10號到15號這段期間都是使用原本的資費方案並沒有更改 並且說在12/10做解約後就沒有網內互打優惠， 我滿頭疑問 我覺得這很不合理!!! 我費用繳到15號可是權益只行使到10號? 請問大家遇到這樣合約上的問題 都是如何處理? 感覺我只能默默吸收! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.130.35.88
