【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨正式宣布將提出不信任倒閣案，台聯主席黃昆輝今新聞稿表示，台灣的亂源是總統馬英九，即使倒閣也是繼續推出傀儡閣揆，執行馬的意志，根本無法解決台灣當前問題，對百姓也沒幫助，但倒閣後若國會重新改選，反而賦予馬英九新的民意基礎，幫助馬脫困。

不過，黃昆輝強調，友黨已發動倒閣，台聯基於捍衛台灣本土必須團結的立場，將加入倒閣行動。

申請so-net 20M的網路

只有在開通日起算一周有達到這樣的速度

後來速度不斷下滑 甚至到最近只剩下 5M

用so-net網站測速 最低竟然只有800多k

異常悲慘

反應給客服 一開始回應頗為友善

說線路優化中 要本周二才會好 所以速度會比較差一點

週二測試 一樣 ping 回應的數質居然還是破百 官方網站速度測試未達2M

WEB下載檔案兩線同事下載加起來不超過600k(客服說要兩個同時下載)

所以又致電進去客服 換一位女客服 態度一開始聽我反應事情(有點不太爽的聲音)

態度就不是很好 而且都沒啥再聽我告訴他的 已經講過了 還在問第二次

再跟他說 又告訴我他知道 那知道還問 真的很OOXX

講半天一定要我寄速度測試照片給他她才要幫我向機房反應

要他向中華電信報修 卻一等機房回復才可以

問她何時回復 講不出確切時間 一下兩三天 一下說等機房

火大了才說明天回我電話 千叮嚀萬交代 要他晚間九點以前回覆

掛掉電話自己打0800向中華反應 線路重整後 速度測試網站一樣是悲劇

WEB下載檔案確約略有提升到1000kb左右 但是距離我的20M還是只有一半

中華告知是so-net機房問題 要我再向so-net反應

等等等 等客服回電

結果今天快十一點才打來 超級火大 不是交代過 九點以前打來嗎????

打來告訴我一推屁話 結論是 線路品質已經優化 拜託四天前男客服講過 昨天你也講過

有沒有新的台詞阿 而且推說觀察我線路因為我使用AP造成 所以無法跟機房反應 並且速度有提升

拜託 我測速的時候都是接網路線測試 更何況速度提升是我自己向中華反應的結果

更何況用tracert一看就知道連到So-net就有問題

於是用非常不友善的態度問女客服 要怎樣才可以向機房反應此問題

還是諸多推拖 直到我火大 才願意告知機房處理

掛了電話 寫了封信給NCC客訴 並且在寫信給so-net客服 貼上tracert的數據

隔了一個小時 奇怪速度上來了耶 ping數值居然可以到達20ms

神奇啦 網頁測速居然達到10M 更神奇的是 我是用AP上網

本想打進去找那位女客服問候一下 不過我老婆說算了 恢復正常就好

所以就算了 但是以後 我不會再用了 四年前的經驗 很不錯

客服優良 線路穩定 搬家換了seednet 後來發現他是遠傳 不想給徐董賺錢

又跳回來了 結果悲慘的經驗 以後so-net必定是拒絕往來

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】阿根廷一名6歲男童，自4歲開始愛作女童打扮，由於年紀太小，不宜進行變性手術，不過官方向他發放新身份證和出生證明，允許性別一欄由「男」改做「女」，成為該國首宗確認未成年人士轉變性別的個案。

原名曼努爾(Manuel)男童，2年前發現自己「男兒身、女兒心」，開始作女童打扮，家人和朋友都改稱他為露露(Lulu)。當局為露露批出經修訂的出生證明，以及女性身份證，現在他的新名是盧雅娜(Luana)。

阿根廷去年通過性別認同法，允許有需要人士可以在官方文件更改姓名和性別。盧雅娜的媽媽，很高興女兒的身份及權利得到社會認同。
