看完同一個主題的文章，提出一些想法。 一、 消基會服務人員表示「對於使用才三個月的手機，消費者有權益要求更換新品」 或許這個消基會的誤導你，更換新品主要是針對購買後的七天內， 保固期內廠商的做法多半是原機維修、更換相關零件(機板之類的)， 除非他們搞不定有問題的手機，消費者才會要求更換新機或其他手機。 二、 消保官調解有沒有送法院核定？調解書沒有送法院核定，並不會產生判決效力。 (還是說，你們只進行了「申訴」階段，尚未進入「調解」程序？) 原PO 9/25的文章有這段： 消費者服務中心人員表示「我只要憑著，有問題無條件換新機這點，贏面就很大了。」 如果你們調解成功，並有法院核定，根本具有判決效力，哪來贏不贏的問題。 三、 流程中一些奇怪的細項： 1.Sony方A先生是誰？他的職務是什麼？能如何代表Sony？ 2.一隻不能用保護貼的手機是什麼情況？難以想像。 3.Sony方拒絕提供不涉及商業機密的資料，可以寫在訴狀內給法官心證。 4.如果你確實想打贏訴訟，還是找專業的法律諮詢和律師， 　幾篇看下來，你持續得到不完整甚至錯誤的資訊，只是在浪費時間做白工。 5.話說..你的手機在神腦拿的，當初怎麼沒有考慮走神腦這條路。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.96.231.22 ※ 編輯: SuLiaen 來自: 175.96.231.22 (10/10 12:09)

標題[討論] 狄仁傑之神都龍王中的ㄧ個橋段

電影中有一個橋段我一直很在意， 可是看版上都沒有人討論， 所以提出來問一下大家的看法。 有雷，先防一下。 我說的是尉遲真金接過狄仁傑從銀睿姬那邊拿過來的， 說是線索其實是一塊鬼畫符， 然後尉遲真金折來折去就折出了「雀舌」兩個字的那一段。 雖說大里寺連個看門的都是武術高手， 所以也不難理解尉遲真金不喜歡用兩腳走路老是在天上飛來飛去的。 但是身為國家調查局-大里寺的頭頭， 光有蓋世武功是不夠的， 有沒有頭腦能不能辦案也是很重要的。 那尉遲真金的推理能力如何呢？ 我想應該也不會差到哪裡， 只是放在開外掛的狄仁傑旁邊就完全被比下去了。 尉遲真金折出雀舌的那一段， 我個人的腦補是， 其實狄仁傑也有想探探尉遲真金斤兩的用意在。 一開始狄仁傑把鬼畫符拿給尉遲真金時， 只說是線索然後什麼都沒說， 而且眼神看來頗有試探加看好戲的心態； 可是後來尉遲真金折來折去就把「雀舌」折出來之後， 狄仁傑的表情就像是找到知己一般， 此後的劇情發展也像是開始把尉遲真金當自己人了。 我覺得這應該是蠻關鍵的劇情， 除了帶出案情的關鍵字外， 也展現了尉遲真金除了會在天上飛來飛去以外， 他還會推理。 我腦補之後的看法是這樣。 另外補充一下， 東島人說的不是標準日語， 硬要說是日語的話是有可能是腔調重到聽不出來的日語方言， 不過我覺得應該不是日語才是。 不知道有沒有懂韓語的版友說一下那是不是韓語， 如果也不是韓語的應該就是劇中自創的語言了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.250.25

關說風暴後，馬王終於在國慶大會上演大和解戲碼。馬英九總統結束20分鐘致詞後，走向致詞台時，主動伸手向大會主席、立法院長王金平致意。王金平也伸手握住馬總統的手臂，兩人握手長達5秒鐘，再一起走回觀禮台。

馬王兩人回座後，中間隔著總統夫人周美青。周美青和王金平數度交談，有說有笑。隨後馬總統也主動與王金平交談，神情輕鬆。由於豔陽高照，馬總統和王金平同時戴上大會準備的草帽，周美青還伸手幫馬總統調整帽子位置。

觀賞表演時，馬總統不時與王金平交談，笑容滿面手勢不斷，坐在中間的周美青也面露微笑，三人互動自然，氣氛相當熱絡。

民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天上午未出席國慶典禮，在民進黨中央黨部舉行記者會，宣布發動倒閣。蘇貞昌表示，馬英九總統說謊、干涉司法、破壞憲政，行政院長江宜樺同樣說謊，更對立法院長公開說三道四。基於人民對政府的不信任，民進黨決定提出倒閣案。

蘇貞昌說，只要立法院院會一舉行，就提出倒閣案。倒閣案一提出，將在72小時後進行表決。呼籲全體國人支持倒閣，用行動捍衛民主，懲戒總統。

蘇貞昌一個月前主張彈劾，現在為何改推倒閣？蘇貞昌說，彈劾、罷免、倒閣，都是憲政作為，江宜樺是破壞憲政的共犯結構，羞辱國會議長，也參與干涉司法，已不適任做行政院長，此時發動倒閣，符合人民期待，而其他憲政行動也不會放棄。

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市就業服務處表示，明下午2時至4時30分在北市勞工公園廣場舉辦今年第7場「安"薪"立業」就業博覽會，共有12家廠商，包括鬍鬚張、星聚點、京龍國際能源公司等，釋出501個工作機會，其中京龍招募資深船務主管人員，提供50K至65K高薪。   

就服處說，該次徵才職務包括船務主管、設備工程師、門市儲備管理幹部、會計助理等，月薪從22K至65K，時薪也有110元至143元，求職者可把握。就服處並指，根據8月求職求才數據，平均每名求職者擁有近2個工作機會，是5年來同期新高，現求職者的選擇仍多。

馬英九總統今天在中華民國國慶大會上呼籲全民團結奮進。馬總統說，政府目標明確堅定，就是留給子孫開放繁榮環境、理性關懷公民社會、和平發展兩岸關係及友善合作國際空間。這是出路、是活路，也是國家戰略。

馬總統說，我們不怕路遠，只怕沒有方向。不怕困難，只怕意志不堅。只要堅定方向，勇敢邁出步伐，希望就在眼前。
