【方翊倩／綜合報導】9月政爭、立院空轉，國內6大工商團體憂心台灣今年經濟成長率恐難保2％，昨召開聯合記者會提出：朝野摒棄政治對立、召開國是會議、盡速審議立院52項法案、落實自由經濟示範區4大訴求。

《蘋果》報導，6大工商團體昨罕見以「平息政治紛擾、恢復台灣經濟動能」名義召開聯合記者會。工總理事長許勝雄說，若立院持續空轉，明年經濟成長率一定也無法保2％，對政治亂象，他還引述太太蔡麗珠一句：「你們這些男人到底在搞什麼？」暗諷政治亂象，呼籲朝野不要再鬧了。今將拜會立院及政院院長，並擇期拜會國、民兩黨，盼督促政府平息政爭、力拼經濟。

政院強調感謝各界建言，肯定6大工商團體希望政局安定的用心，並將評估各界意見考慮是否召開國是會議。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國舊金山一名30歲男子泰伐凱森(Nikhom Thephakaysone)於上月23日，在一列擠滿人的列車上隨機開槍殺人，打中一名20歲大學生瓦德茲(Justin Valdez)的後腦，被控謀殺。但警方今日指出，當時泰伐凱森不斷亮槍，但許多乘客都在當低頭族，根本沒發現恐怖異狀。

警方表示，泰伐凱森在開槍前曾經多次亮出手槍，甚至舉起、指向乘客並拿著手槍擦鼻子，但現場許多乘客只顧玩智慧型手機和平板電腦，沒有人查覺到異狀，讓瓦德茲成為槍下亡魂。泰伐凱森在事發隔天遭到警方逮捕。

【胡治言／綜合報導】嘉義高工學生自拍照片向民代投訴，指搭車上學竟然分等級，錢繳的多坐椅子、錢繳的少就只能坐行李艙。

《蘋果》報導，嘉義縣議員黃嫈珺接獲嘉義高工學生投訴，指校車竟然分為座位艙與行李艙，繳二千一百元有位子坐、繳一千五百元就坐行李艙。她批評校方：「有錢坐商務艙、沒錢坐貨艙」但嘉義高工表示，這不是校車。經查這車是私人遊覽車，業者可能因超載遭開罰。

遊覽車業者辜振坤說，一車有四十三個座位，這學期因座位額滿，才規劃行李區讓學生坐，並酌減車資、可遞補座位，事前和五名學生、家長溝通過，不解為何被投訴。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】史上最大規模的國際旅展下周五登場！一年一度的台北國際旅展為逼出買氣，旅遊業者紛祭出空前折扣，歐洲荷、德、比、法10天原價6萬9900元大降1萬元，只要5萬9900元就可成行。

《蘋果》報導，台北國際旅展本月18日至21日在台北世貿1、3館舉行，今年有1350個攤位參展，較去年成長1成3，更創史上最大規模，估進場人數可望衝高至28萬人次，刷新歷史紀錄。東南旅行社協理劉綉燕昨說，這次旅展產品售價均創近年最大降幅，韓國4天僅7999元（含稅），是近年絕無僅有超低價。雄獅旅行社則推荷、德、比、法10天，較原價下殺1萬元，僅5萬9900元起（含稅）。

消基會提醒，旅展常見的糾紛是票券或行程限制使用時間，如旺季、連假不得使用或需加價，建議民眾不要被低價沖昏頭，必須詳閱契約文字說明。
