餐廳名稱：阿裕牛肉火鍋 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：台南仁德鄉中正路一段525號 電話：06-2668816 營業時間：早上7:00-13:00 晚上18:00-1:00 每人平均價位：1000元 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 圖文網誌：dorish0518.pixnet.net/blog/post/162586682 來到台南 千萬不可以錯過 位於仁德的阿裕牛肉火鍋 我們排隊排了1個多小時才入坐 鍋底一鍋100元 肉一盤300元 還有各式火鍋料 鍋底內有高麗菜、蕃茄 湯頭相當清甜 光喝湯就感受到他的美味 排隊等在久都值得 肉質部分 都是當天現宰黃牛肉 手工現切 完全沒有血水 肉質軟嫩 下鍋大約川燙5秒即可食用 若燙太久 老闆可會過來阻止你的XD 畢竟一盤肉不便宜 有他的價值在 當時是要新鮮吃 要是燙太久可就硬掉了 這次我們三個人吃了快4000元 因為專注於吃肉 沒有點任何的火鍋料 相當好吃 大力推薦 下次去台南 一定要再去吃 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.115.111.58
