剛才接到婚紗公司來電話，
要我們在拍婚紗前三天的下午去挑婚紗，然後和攝影師吃晚餐，順便溝通想拍的風格，

但是，攝影師當天還是有拍其他組，也不保證當天晚餐攝影師有空，
如果當天沒有空的話，就變成三天後拍婚紗當天才作溝通，

我聽到覺得不可思議，有人也是當天才溝通的嗎？
這樣要怎麼作拍婚紗的準備!?

請問~~

我希望將贈予一間房子給我的女兒，但不希望女婿能夠處理這財產。
(已婚，夫妻採用法定財產制)

我查詢過~~(夫或妻所受的贈予物，經過贈予人聲明為其特有財產者。)

請問：
1. 如果我贈與時候，請代書聲明指定財產持有者為我女兒，女婿是否就不能夠處理這間房子？

2. 如果萬一夫妻離婚時，這間房子需不需要分給女婿？

3. 如果萬一女兒死亡(指定房產繼承人為孫子)，女婿是否還能繼承其50%，或者皆由孫子繼承？

住家巷口小吃林立,每到吃飯時間人潮盛多,機車也多,經常隨便亂停,堵住公寓出入口,出入非常不方便,今日忍不住打了電話請警察前往處理,等了十分鐘不見警察前來,機車也已經騎走,我又打電話請警察不用來了,接著詢問警察先生以後這種狀況該如何處理?警察先是問我地上有畫紅線嗎?我說沒有,警察無語...我跟警察說:這點小問題實在不願億麻煩警察先生,若不是因為很多人實在太沒公德心,經常亂停堵住出入口,接著警察又說:下次再有這情況再打電話報警,這次換我無語了!
想請問這種情況可有方法解決?可有法可罰?感謝回答!

【綜合報導】這隻現年3歲的約克夏「佩跟」，身高約12.7公分，體重不到1.4公斤，據稱應是英國最小的約克夏，由於佩跟實在太迷你，外出時主人都是用洋娃娃版的嬰兒車，推著佩跟到處走，就怕佩跟一個走丟就很難找回來，而且佩跟就連在家也不安全，家中另一頭惠彼特犬打哈欠時，就曾不小心咬住佩跟的頭，導致佩跟差點小命不保。

佩跟的主人現年72歲的布蘭達威爾登，一開始養佩跟時，就發現佩跟怎麼都長不大，帶牠去給獸醫檢查，獸醫表示佩跟健康一切無礙，就只是長得比較小，比吉娃娃還更迷你的佩跟，相當受歡迎，還有人出價1000英鎊，約台幣47500元想把佩跟買回家。
