電腦中央處理器供應商威盛（2388）今天公告，與美商專利控股公司Opti間的專利侵權訴訟案，法院已判決威盛及美國子公司應賠償超過300萬美元，威盛並決定申請上訴。

威盛的美國子公司VIA Technologies於2010年7月遭到美商Opti在美國德州東區聯邦法院起訴，指控產品侵害其兩件美國專利；Opti並於去年3月針對上述案件對威盛提起訴訟。

由於法院已在本月判決威盛及美國子公司VIA Technologies應賠償美商Opti損害及利息共計308.88萬美元，折合新台幣超過9,000萬元，威盛今日公告這項訴訟結果，且將委請專業律師依程序向原法院申請上訴中，將積極採取法律行動以捍衛公司及股東的權益。

【綜合報導】15年來，男性勃起障礙藥「威而鋼」(Viagra)，造福了全球無數性男慾女，但是威而鋼「管硬不管久」，難以造福有早洩問題的男人。現在威而鋼研發人之一的懷利(Mike Wylie)又有新作，將推出專為對付男士「早洩」問題的噴劑。

這款噴劑名為Tempe，已通過歐洲藥物管理局檢測，證實安全有效，最快將在明年初上市。目前市面上只有一種專治早洩藥物，但售價昂貴。 研究指出，平均每4個男子就有至少一個有早洩問題，比不舉更家普遍。試用過Tempe的男士，陰莖勃起時間平均長了五倍。這款噴劑中含有低劑量的麻醉藥，提供男性更強控制力，使用後五分鐘就見效。若每月做愛五、六次，一小瓶堪用一個月。

早洩的成因不明，但相信過度敏感就是原因之一。懷利說：「早洩不只讓患者難受，還會影響到他的伴侶，徹底破壞一段關係。我相信這噴劑有助挽救關係。」

【綜合報導】法國傳出一起匪夷所思的男童遭性侵案，發生的地點在高度戒護的監獄內，而且是男童的親生媽媽親手把幼子帶進監獄，讓受刑人在會客室裡蹂躪，媽媽還協助把風。案件在當地時間周一(23日)開始審理，男童母親與男友遭控多項性侵兒童罪。

事件發生在2010年2月，當時25歲的女子邦娜(Sabrina Bonner)，帶著與前夫生的4歲兒子，剛與31歲的巴薩雷米(Lionel Barthelemy)再婚，沒多久巴薩雷米就因為犯罪遭到逮捕，關入監獄，邦娜常帶著兒子到獄中探望他，由於監獄有獨立的會客室，邦娜竟然多次任由巴薩雷米在會客室內性侵自己只有4歲的親生兒子、他的繼子，而她就負責引開獄警的注意力，或用各種方法遮住會客室門上的小觀景窗。

案件爆發後，現在已經7歲的兒子立刻被強制安置，巴薩雷米坦承多次在獄中性侵繼子，但他指控「一切都是邦娜安排的」，他只是照做而已；而邦娜則反咬巴薩雷米，說自己受他威脅，在家中多次性侵自己的兒子，還得用手機拍下影片，帶到獄中會客時播放給他看，巴薩雷米甚至曾經用帶進獄中的手機與家中「連線」，在囚室內現場收聽她在家中對幼兒施暴的過程。

無論如何，這對父母的行為都是禽獸不如，現在法國檢察官還要追究，為何在案發時，獄卒沒有發現並及時制止。

淡江大學大陸研究所教授趙春山表示，對於兩岸「王張會」樂觀其成，「第一類接觸」有助於促進兩岸關係進一步的發展。

趙春山指出，海基會、海協會屬於執行層次，但「王張會」層次提高至決策層次，有助於解決兩岸服貿後續議題、兩岸互設辦事機構，及台灣參與國際空間的問題。這些問題具有高度政治性，如能由雙方主其事者接觸，有助於解決問題。不過，他強調，這仍是依循先經後政、先易後難、先急後緩原則，並非政治談判。
