標題[新聞] 1999高雄一指通APP上線　服務邁入行動數位化

記者逄緯喆／高雄報導 高雄市政府繼5年前全國首創推出「1999高雄萬事通」市民服務專線後，今（17）日在市 府一樓廣場召開記者會，領先全國推出「1999高雄一指通」手機APP。 陳菊市長表示，開辦1999的初衷，就是為了服務民眾，建立一個方便民眾與政府溝通的管 道。因此，在97年4月1日，高雄1999首創全國第一，將企業客服導入市政客服，整合了市 府各局處的服務管道，提供了24小時、全年無休的專線服務。五年多來，1999的話務量成 長了超過四倍，市民滿意度也高達百分之八十三，更在去年入圍了在廣州舉辦的「2012國 際城市創新獎」。 現在，高雄市政府為了符應科技潮流，整合市府的資源與市民的需要，更進一步地推出 1999高雄一指通APP，也將再次成為全國首創的、第一個話務中心服務數位行動化的先例 。 記者會中，研考會許立明主委也介紹了1999高雄一指通APP的功能特色，包含可查詢捷運 、公車、公共腳踏車的即時資訊；結合GPS定位與上傳照片的通報功能；里民防災卡的行 動化；透過推播功能發佈市府重大消息；市府的服務地圖以及結合臉書功能的花媽相機等 六大特色。 為了讓所有高雄民眾瞭解這項新服務，並廣而使用，市府也特地舉辦了抽獎活動，抽獎期 間為102年9月17日至102年10月14日。即日起，只要搜尋「高雄一指通」即可下載APP，下 載後並填寫基本資料，不僅有機會抽中iPad，更能善用高雄市政府推出的新服務，並使生 活更加便利、更加幸福！ http://taiwanhot.nownews.com/2013/09/17/11707-2987273.htm#ixzz2fARjp0Qc -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.244.120

Canon 近日公佈新型超高感度 全片幅 CMOS 感光元件所錄製的動態影像，此新型的 感光元件 已於2013年3月正式亮相，不過實景測試的動態影像範例，則是第一次公開發表。開發團隊將超高感度 全片幅 CMOS 感光元件，植入 DSLR 原型機進行實拍測試，並前往位於台灣東北方的日本八重山列島取景拍攝。

日本八重山列島上有著名的螢火蟲，生長於無人為破壞的天然環境中，在日落入夜後環境非常昏暗，亮度僅有0.01流明，而Canon新型超高感度全片幅CMOS不僅能捕捉微弱月光，就連螢火蟲的閃閃光芒都能完整忠實記錄，並以Full HD 1080p高畫質影像呈現，可說是前所未見的創舉。

除了開發針對天文觀測與自然觀察的專業型高感光全片幅DSLR外，未來Canon也將考慮開發適用於監視器、保全與醫療用的超高感度全片幅CMOS感光元件模組，將運用範圍擴展到其它領域，造福更多人群。

【綜合報導】馬英總統統昨晚邀請國民黨籍立委座談到深夜十一點多，與會立委表示，這次座談不少人談到立法院長王金平司法關說案，立委呂學樟表示，如果有涉及司法關說，確實有必要處理，但檢察總長黃世銘為什麼可以越級報告，這程序明顯不對、也是值得檢討。
 
與會立委表示，餐敘氣氛都還好，有些立委希望馬總統和王金平的問題可以用更智慧的方式處理，或是找人居間協調，讓兩人能見面談一談。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國聯邦公開市場委員會（Federal Open Market Committee，FOMC）例會從周二起召開，市場靜待將於台北時間周四凌晨2點公布的決議結果。周二美股3大指數早盤小幅上漲。

美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）已有2個月未公開發言，市場也將關注他在會後記者會中的發言，以釐清Fed未來可能政策動向。

美國勞工部公布，美國8月CPI（Consumer Price Index，消費者物價指數）月增0.1%，僅為市場預估增幅0.2%的一半，顯示通膨要達到Fed的目標仍需一段時間。Fed官員已表示，他們在密切關注物價水準，以確保美國經濟不會陷入通縮，損及經濟成長。

另外，據彭博最新調查指出，在薩默思（Lawrence Summers）退出角逐下屆Fed主席大位後，高達86%的受訪經濟學家預估，美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）可能提名葉倫（Janet Yellen）接掌Fed，比率遠高於9月初調查時的38%。

美國國會預算辦公室（Congressional Budget Office，CBO）表示，目前美國債務佔GDP（Gross Domestic Product，國內生產毛額）比率，已升達2次世界大戰以來新高73%，較2007年底大幅攀升1倍。
