大陸新生代男星魏千翔在《蘭陵王》飾演默默守護天女林依晨的「韓曉冬」，劇中對林依晨無怨無悔的付出也為他贏得「古代版大仁哥」的封號。而飾演反派角色太子高緯的翟天臨，在劇裡有多場幾近變態不合常理的演出令人恨之入骨 。兩人昨（14日）接受「NOWnews今日新聞」專訪時表示，台灣觀眾對演員的包容度水準很高，公私分明，不會將戲中情緒帶到現實生活攻擊演員，台灣的文化水平很高，是一個很棒的好地方。
模特兒出身的魏千翔，這次來台宣傳，褪去了在《蘭陵王》披頭散髮的裝扮，拍照時一舉一動盡顯男模氣勢。問他對台灣的感覺，他說：「走入坊間感受到台灣的氣息，人對人的感覺特別友好，台灣人也特別有禮貌，特別熱情。」個性隨和又很會關心朋友的魏千翔，「閨密好友」也很多。他表示，飾演曉冬這個角色與自己私底下的個性非常相似，不過，有特別放大這個角色對於喜歡的人執著守護的那份堅持，藉由韓曉冬這個角色也喚起自己對美好情感的嚮往。

魏千翔還說，這次來台灣希望有機會去西門町及萬華、板橋夜市，如果時間允許，更想去墾丁走一走。而聊到對於未來交往對象的條件，他說：「以前會注重外表，特別在意對方的眼睛要迷人，但現在會覺得，緣份及當下的感覺才是重要的，兩個人的思想及心靈上的契合度要合得來才適合交往。」
