（中央社台北8日電）中華民國全國工業總會名譽理事長陳武雄今天在廈門表示，兩岸產業交流或許會帶來問題，但彼此開放是一個正確的大方向，絕對利大於弊。

第17屆中國國際投資貿易洽談會8日在廈門開幕，陳武雄擔任嘉賓，就兩岸產業合作、台商到大陸投資、兩岸服務貿易協議等議題接受中新社專訪，作以上表示。

由於兩岸服貿協議在台灣引起議論，陳武雄認為，雖然台灣需要時間轉變思想，「但最終一定會面對的」。

他說，服務業牽扯各種大小行業，在台灣可能的爭議在於競爭力不足的企業會被淘汰。「事實上，長期受保護才能存在的企業，對消費者來說並不是好事，開放後其實最終會刺激這些行業升級，讓消費者得到更好的服務。」

陳武雄也指出，全世界沒有哪個地方的經貿交流是單向的，只有海峽兩岸。他以過去20年台灣反對與中國大陸來往的事例認為，「事實證明，台商到大陸投資是對的。」

他又說，「還好現在陸資也能到台灣，這樣的改變讓人欣喜。」

大陸的統計顯示，截至今年7月底，大陸累計批准台資項目8.9萬項，金額584.66億美元；加上經第三地轉投資，台商在大陸投資將近1100億美元。

根據台灣的統計顯示，自2009年6月30日開放陸資來台後，截至2013年5月底，累計批准陸資項目398項，投資金額7.15億美元。

面對大陸近年勞力成本上升等問題，陳武雄認為，台商到大陸必須轉型，必須提升品質，如果提升不了，是必要轉移。但大陸有個很大的好處，就是大陸還有廣闊的市場，若在沿海不行，還有中西部，這是讓企業發展喘息的很好機會。

陳武雄強調，台商在大陸的方式要改變，代工已不是良方，研發、大型化、高質化等，才是未來的方向。

標題[問題] 今天去看了車子

分別是TOYOTA yaris 64.9萬 PC 86.9萬 HONDA fit 66.9萬 FORD focus 1.6那款 66.9萬 單就配備跟車內空間的話 yaris沒有其他兩款好 但是牛頭牌後面的保養跟維修 似乎比較便宜也快速 honda就是單純外型亮眼 五速的操控也很流暢 內空間也比yaris大 不過油耗的話 yaris好像是裡面最漂亮的 focus 五門那款是裡面最大 內建智慧型的娛樂整合面板很炫 可以直接設藍芽 免持接電話 語音撥號很方便 車子的鈑金也比較厚 比較安全 但是油耗較高 pc算是額外的 因為預算還ok就試駕了 操控性不錯先前爬文作功課 主體電池 似乎也沒這麼容易壞掉 不過1.5就要86.9萬真的頗高 內部空間也普普 但是外觀真的很吸睛 不知道大家推不推pc 目前意向主要是五門掀背車為主 所以只看這幾款 ( 新神a )之後也可能考慮 想請教版眾的意見 或是如果有其他推薦的車子也行 謝謝大家~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.97.127
