林園 邀賞北管藝術之美

新北市政府文化局所屬林本源園邸昨（二十五）日下午二點半至三點半邀請到由邱火榮老師所指導的北管劇團「延樂軒」，在園邸定靜堂為民眾帶來北管古路戲碼《雷神洞》，歡迎大家闔家一同來感受傳統北管藝術之美。

文化局所屬林本源園邸，為推廣登錄為新北市政府無形文化資產的傳統藝術，自今日起每隔周日下午二點半至三點半規劃「傳統表演藝術藝師薪傳系列活動」，安排九場傳統表演藝術類的藝師或團體來園邸演出，希望讓民眾體驗與認識傳藝之美。

新北市政府文化局局長林寬裕表示，林本源園邸除了有「傳統表演藝術藝師薪傳系列活動」的演出外，自日前起每隔周六下午二點至四點也安排有「神乎其技│傳統榫接工藝體驗課程」，共計八場，由劉邦漢老師為大家講解榫接的原理並示範「魯班鎖」的技巧。

新北市政府文化局表示，本周日率先登場的「延樂軒」為邱火榮老師所指導的北管劇團，邱火榮老師為台灣傳承北管音樂之重量級藝師，自一九五○年起即開始藝術薪傳，在國內各社團、學校、軒社等單位團體從事指導教學，培養多位優秀藝師人才，例如：鄭榮興、王清松、林永志等等均為其得意門生，是位值得尊敬的北管藝術工作者。新北市政府於九十八年十月五日將邱火榮老師公告登錄為新北市傳統藝術│北管的保存者。

「延樂軒」此次來林園將帶來經典戲碼《雷神洞》，內容描述趙匡胤因闖禍逃往關西，途經古廟發現趙京娘被強盜擄來藏於雷神洞內，遂將京娘救出，並護送其回家的劇情，誠摯歡迎大家前來聽戲！

凡課程當日於園邸觀稼樓文化商品概念店單筆消費滿一六八元者，即可參加（每場次限額三十名），還可將自己親手彩繪的「魯班鎖」帶回家，有興趣的朋友千萬不要錯過喔！

如題，我想批一些貨回來賣，但是第一次購買時才知道要抽取一成服務費!
問題1.請問我若在ABC店都購買商品，其中有些店沒有國際轉運!那我是選擇哪種貨運比較省?有國際轉運的就用，沒有的就直接用順豐嗎?還是直接都用順豐?若在同一天下訂單跟匯款的話，國際轉運大概幾日會到台灣?若選擇12H內出貨的商店來說~
問題2.抽取1成服務費，每家都抽一成嗎?運費另計嗎?
問題3.若以依淘寶售價，怎換算台灣的市價，有算法可參考嗎?
問題4.有買家遇到瑕疵品的狀況都怎處裡?還貨運去大陸嗎?這運費誰出?
問題5.淘寶網跟阿里巴巴差別在哪裡?是差別批貨數量嗎?支付寶又是什麼?對自己比較有保障嗎?是放預購金還是?
問題6.我看到很多都要求收到貨需先打開確認，是要確認商品是不是自己的還是商品有無損壞嗎?那託運司機不就還要他在那等~肯嗎?若商品有損壞是拒收嗎?那運費怎算?我看很多店家都提供順豐到付~那拒收我能拒絕付款嗎?

以上是我大概的問題~還請各位有經驗的批貨專家幫我解答跟意見!在此感謝...
台灣廠商訂貨到匯款~在確認後，幾乎都要等7~14天，以我是消費者我當然也想更早拿到商品。淘寶雖然價格便宜~但是運費卻是斤斤計較!還收取服務費~天ㄚ!
